My stay was good in property. Room was clean & staff was cooperative. Hotel was located in prime location opposite of prem mandir

Location was perfect, food was good, amenities and services needs improvement. Bottled water provided is insufficient. Recommended to provide 1 lit bottle for each person at least during summer time. Need to provide a table for taking food if you order it in room.

The stay was very good. The staff were cooperative and very helpful. The room was neat and clean. Good parking space. Food was good. Very close to prem mandir and iskon temple. We stayed for 3 nights it feels like home because of the kind behaviour of all the staffs.

Firstly room was not cleaned as we checked in. Secondaly only one charging socket was working. All others were not working. Fan was sounding and moving abruptly. Dustbin was provided only in bathroom. In room no dustbin was provided. We had to call 3 times for getting tv on as recharge was not done. Then again next day we had to call for getting tv on. Plus room service boy after cleaning room took towels and didn't put new. There were bugs coming from bed. Now in their restaurant called namaste when asked to serve hakka noddles they served stale noodles which was older than 2-3 days and was stinking like puke. For complementary water bottles also we had to call them. Overall bad stay. Won't recommend to stay for more than 2-3 days.

The stay was pleasant and the staff too was courteous. One thing is that the rooms need a little bit maintenance as the ac was not not working properly. Rest it was a comfortable stay and the location of the hotel is not excellent and very well connected to local transportation required to visit a temples.

Stay at radha nikunj was fine. The service is slow, so they need to improve on that and people at reception are not very cooperative when asked to adjust. They can work more on streamlining their services and incorporating requests from guests
