Staff were very professional and courteous, especially Srinivas, Venkat, and Malini. Thank you for the great service provided for both stay and complimentary breakfast. This was my 3rd stay and I liked it same like my first one. Room view was great with partial sea view which made our morning all the more beautiful.

The stay was excellent as well as the buffet breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nice ambience and good staffs. Swimming pool was near and clean. Yamini was helpful and friendly too. Good security and friendly

Had a great experience at the Event ***agers meet at their new outdoor venue. Excellent environment and top class line up of food. Highly recommended 👏👏👏. I especially loved the Pan Asian fare. The Sushi is world class too. God bless the team

Super Hotel with friendly staff. The main reason is to choose this Hotel is Mr. Rajeev. He always open and very flexible person I've ever met. This gentle*** is one of my favorite and well equipped with his super professionalism. The food part is one more reason to select grandbay. The food and renovated rooms and the pool facilities were simply awesome.

Charan, V***n and Mahalakshmi are my favorites and very helpful. I think this is my 14th time visiting the property and i am a frequent visitor to this place. If you can plan for some indoor activities and spa, it would be icing on the cake. Hope it will be available sooner.

Excellent stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Special mention Yamini and Kartik from the front desk were very helpful. Would love to visit again. One of the best accommodations of ITC group across India. Would recommend everyone visiting vizag.
