I had a reservation made 2 reservation I room with 1 queen bed and 1 room with a king bed with a balcony for the room with the balcony and I even paid more for this room and I didn’t get to room with a balcony when I told the lady at the front desk she told me there was no more room with balcony available but I told that I had paid for that room and had a reservation she told me that was not her problem that she couldn’t do anything about that. So I’m requesting a refund on that room price that I paid for and didn’t get . Also the hotel lobby is very very noisy the staff talking all night u can hear EVERYTHING in your room that door bell ringing what’s to drive u crazy . It was a horrible stay I don’t sleep at with all the noise. I told to hotel staff about the noise level they didn’t care the person just brushed me off with what I was saying. Terrible terrible stay .

I booked the room last minute, so I got the last room. However, the service was quick and pleasant. The room was quaint, just as I expected for a small, historic town. The breakfast was great with a quick service.

Muy agradable el pueblo, muchos sitios para conocer, para disfrutar, de noche de día, un ambiente relajado pero increíble! Hay buenos precios, hay de todo para todos los gustos y presupuestos! Definitivamente volvería sin pensarlo. Ah y por el camino correcto, cometimos el error de meternos por Chiquinquira y eso le sumo mucho tiempo de desplazamiento al paseo! No confíen en el Waze!!

La ubicación es perfecta. Más allá de eso, el servicio fue pésimo. La luz principal del cuarto no funcionaba. Pedimos cambio el día que llegamos y no lo hicieron, por lo que la habitación estaba poco iluminada. Durante el desayuno, la atención dejó mucho que desear. Tuvimos que pedir un vaso de agua 5 veces antes de que nos lo trajeran. Al día siguiente, nos sentamos al lado de la cocina para recibir mejor atención y tampoco fue posible, tuvimos que llamar varias veces a la gente del hotel para que nos atendieran. También se tardan mucho colocando los cubiertos para comer el desayuno. Encima, cuando hicimos el checkout, la chica de la recepción quiso cobrarnos una botella de agua (diferente a los vasos del agua del desayuno, esos vienen incluidos) que nunca pedimos. Fue una pelea para que no nos cobraran eso. Al final, fue grosera y nunca aceptó que cometió un error. Pedimos la habitación 304. Si bien sabíamos que era la más pequeña, pues es la más barata, deja mucho que desear. Ya e referí a la poca iluminación. Justo después que limpiaron el cuarto, encontramos una cucaracha rondando el cuarto. Inaceptable.

En general estuvo bien la estadia, algunos puntos a mejorar el ingreso al parqueadero, no esta en las mejores condiciones y se golpean los carros especialmente si son bajos al igual que el aseo del mismo (falta mantenimiento) el apartamento amplio y comodo, unos temas menores de mantenimiento aceite para las bisagras, y seria bueno insonorizar las ventanas del cuarto principal . Las personas del hotel muy amables y receptivas a las solicitudes.
