Great location and grounds with phenomenal view. Food and restaurant service was great. There appears to be two people in charge. The gentleman at the desk was very accommodating. However, the woman was not. She did not allow us a late checkout despite me being willing to pay and order food from the restaurant. She told me that all 3 rooms were taken for the day. I looked online and asked the waitress. Both confirmed that all 3 rooms were available. They just missed out on roughly $300-400. We needed late checkout because our ferry departed at 3 pm

The setting is sublime. The pool is so serene & the palm trees add to the relaxed vibe. The staff is friendly, helpful & professional. The restaurant has good breakfasts & a beautiful view of the grounds. We had dinner at the resort one night & it was very good. Our room was large & nicely appointed with a private sitting area outside. I would 150% stay here again!

Very nice homey feel + a hotel private experience. All the staff was super nice especially the woman at the front desk she made sure to help us feel welcome as it was our first time in Vieques she even gave us a glass of complimentary champagne as we checked in. She walked us to our room “Nikky” we were worried bc there wasn’t many photos online but the room is great very nice AC bathroom fridge very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely would stay again !

Beautiful resort!! The pool is open 24/7 with views of the ocean. Bungalows were beautiful and also ocean front. Food and drinks were 10/10. Highly recommend the tropical rum punch and the Blue Horizon salad. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Don’t forget to eat breakfast here as well - so good and you have a view of the ocean.

Serene, beautiful and excellent in all aspects! Highly recommend this place to stay in Vieques. The beach views, the pool, and the villa style rooms are appealing. The food in the restaurant and drinks in the bar are exceptional too. I totally loved it!

Incredible location. Wild horses all over the property. Beautiful infinity pool with an unbeatable view. Staff was wonderful and Mariela helped us book a taxi service. The bartenders even remembered our drink orders! The on site restaurant is a little pricey but worth it. Would absolutely stay here again and hope we get the chance!

Amazing views, adults only, clean and friendly staff! Only downside is that hotel doesnt offer lunch, so guests have to go somewhere else to eat during the day. Apart from that, we absolutely loved it!! Such a relaxing place, right by the beach!

We have recently become disabled, and Blue Horizon Resort was amazingly accommodating for us. The cabin was great, the food good, and the staff super helpful. Dave was particularly outstanding. We plan to return with our grown offspring.

Room was amazing! Views from anywhere on the property are breathtaking. So quiet and clean. Staff is wonderful! The beach out front is secluded and quiet. Bed was made and room was cleaned every day when we got back! We will 100% be coming back

The hotel is absolutely amazing! We will return. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is far enough away from Esperanza, yet easily accessible via car rental or atv.

On our first evening, we discovered the Blue Lagoon just next door and, reading the menu online, we were enticed by the sound of the offerings. While our reservation was for 7:30PM and it wasn't until 8:30PM that we got to our table, we did have a lovely marinii at the charming bar to bide our time. Once seated, it did take a little longer than we'd have liked to get our order into the queue. What we observed was that one person-Eric-was doing a terrific and always professional job overseeing the bar and the dining area and the couple of in-room deliveries. He recognized that we had been waiting, apologized for being short-staffed that night, and ensured that our various selections were deliverd in record time. This young man has what it takes to be very successful in his hotelery career. Dinner was excellent--stuffed mushrooms, caesar salad and a delicious mahi-mahi with spinach risotto. Yum. And bonus--pricing was very reasonable.
