The hostel should not be allowed to exist on the market! We booked a room for two nights with four beds, but got one with only two and a sofa. We found a completely different room than the pictures on the website indicated. In addition, the room is in a very unkempt condition. There were stains on the floor, armchairs, couch and bed sheet. There were crumbs on the sofa and on the floor. In addition, the premises smell of smoke. The heating does not work. The website stated that there were towels in the room, but they weren't available. Due to the bad condition and miserable service, we left after one night. Other visitors at the hostel told us that they can not lock their door! The service does not reply on any phone calls and email. We are still waiting for the refund!

Unfair owner.unfriendly place with no receptiom, incorrect phone numbers. It's a miracle if you reach a conract with them. The cancel booking or dont answer on phone calls and emails. If you want to get money back. Forget it. We lost ca 75€.

So the bed was good to sleep in but our room could not be cooled down But there was no soap or paper at the toilets. The refrigerator was full of probably old l stuff. The cleaning guy did not speak a work English. And the door to the yard was broken. One night another guest locked himself out of his room because the handle fell off. The yard was nice to sit in. The kitchen was not equipped to really cook for your self.

On the day of arrival there was nobody in the reception at the hotel. Then an unfriendly lady came and asked for money for the stay, which I already paid online. She said the money was not transferred even though I showed her the bill. She wanted to try to cheat The rooms were very dirty and the kitchen was a disaster. I really do not recommend anyone to stay in the hostel. It will be a very bad experience and will spoil your whole trip in Vienna.

We had to cancel the stay,as Austria went into lockdown. There was no communication or anything from their side,they took the money out of my bank account .I asked to be refunded but no reply from the property. Stay far away from these
