Ulasan Graben Hotel

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel is right at the city center and we couldn’t be more pleased about it.

ใกล้โบสถ์ใจกลางเมืองเวียนนา เดินทางไปไหนมาไหนสะดวก อาหารรอบๆ โรงแรมอร่อยๆ หลายร้าน มีแอร์ในห้องแต่ไม่ค่อยเย็น กระติกน้ำร้อนสำหรับชงกาแฟใช้ไม่ได้ อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างดี มีพนักงานยกกระเป๋า (มีทริป)

酒店位於維也納的1區，步行可達幾乎所有的景點，周圍也有多家中餐廳。酒店的工作人員友好且熱情，下次來維也納還會選擇格拉本酒店。

商務出差，很不錯 方便，第二天趕飛機很方便 酒店很棒 員工很棒 下次還住這邊，感謝攜程一如既往的好服務！ 一次美好的旅行

Otel konum olarak çok iyi ama odamı pek beğenmedim

房間整潔一般 飯店沒有禮賓服務 當晚由於夜晚十一點過到 太肚餓 行李放在前台隔壁買烤腸 回來被酒店責問看管行李箱 再來飯店比較舊 房門鎖匙老式鑰匙每次開門關門超級大聲 電梯速度快 前台服務不太好 退房前一晚一名男士告訴我一隻大礦泉水他們酒店免費給我 結果到早上6點退房 他說要收錢 真的挺無語😓😓 我不是攤便宜 正常一間酒店客房都提供免費兩瓶礦泉水 他們飯店沒有也就算了 我也是說我買一隻礦泉水 他說免費給我 怎麼早上又改口 蠻奇怪的🙄 之前我問過有沒有免費礦泉水提供 他們說叫我樓下噴泉⛲️接免費的 要不然就買…. 作為客人 覺得蠻奇怪的🙄

地理位置絕佳👍 市中心任何景點都可以走到。房間風格很維也納～～乾淨整潔

Great location near underground and St Stephen Cathedral. Close to the opera house, the Abertina and Spanish riding school. Rooms we had was basic. Staff very helpful.

Hotel is in a fantastic location. The room was VERY small and cramped. Even though hung some towels all were changed.

This property was very well located. The staff was pleasant and breakfast was nice. The only thing that we struggled with was the noise between rooms. In the morning it felt as if the upstairs neighbor was in our room with us.

The best feature of this hotel is its central location, a few steps from the main commercial area of the Graben. The rooms we had (on two separate stays in this trip) were quite small which made unpacking of two suitcases very challenging. The bathroom was small but comfortable. The staff was good but not overly helpful. That is, they would help with your requests, but didn’t go way out of their way. The taxi service they provided to the airport was comfortable and reasonable. I would probably stay again there because of the convenience.

The best feature of the hotel is its location. A few steps from the Graben pedestrian area, it’s hard to beat. The only unpleasant thing was that both times we checked in they required up front payment. This is the first time it has happened to us. One arrives and wishes to quickly get to your room and relax but we had to settle the bill before entering our room. Otherwise the service was quite good and they were very accommodating. The room is small though and it’s difficult to open more than one suitcase.

Excellent breakfast with very pleasant and attentive staff. Front desk helpful and cheerful. Our superior room was spacious and provided all we needed for our stay! And the free coffee in our room was a plus!! We walked to 6 of the 7 Christmas markets in the area!! Easy walking to all of the sights and museums. Rate it a 10 out of 10!!!

Perfect Location.Good Breakfast.Italian restaurant belonging to hotel very good but, after we signed the evening meal receipt and asked for it to go on our bill, the waiter came back and asked us to put a tip on it, which made us feel uncomfortable. We did find out later 'though, that this seemed to be the norm in most of the Vienna restaurants. Very clean hotel.Room needed more comfort, better tea & coffee facilities (maybe a kettle instead of the coffee machine and pods)and the shower need modernising Would have been nice to have complimentary bottled water in the room instead of having to buy it. For me, the location gives this hotel its 4 star rating but I would consider it a 3 star otherwise. It suited our short trip but probably wouldn't stay here again.
