Although the place of hotel is not near to the central area, the staffs are friendly and cheerful!

Walkable distance to metro and tram is a credit. The temperature of the refrigerator is too high to be a refrigerator

+ Water boiler. + HOT bath. + Big TV ,42” - Room floor is a bit dirty. + 5 mins to Enkplatz underground station + 5 mins to a big supermarket, close to the station. ~ 15 mins to three train station.

Obsługa hotelu na wysokim poziomie, brak problemu z komunikacją w językach angielskim i polskim. Pokój całkiem duży, dobrze wyposażony, czyste ręczniki, zestaw do parzenia herbaty, zestaw kosmetyków. Świetna lokalizacja. Hotel bardzo blisko linii metra U3, którą można w kilkanaście minut dostać się na stare miasto, a także w odległości około 1 km do stacji kolejowej, z której można dostać się na lotnisko w 15 minut.

we booked at ******* for 2 adults and a 17 year old child. At the counter arrived only the booking for 2 Adults. The personal was very polite and helpful. But I assume due to the mistake from ******* we got a smaller room which was still ok for the stay because we only needed it for the night. But the fault in the data transfer shout not happen. Still the Hotel is super, so we had a very pleasant stay even with the small room. I can recommend, a good base for exploring Vienna, will book again

Stayed overnight en route to southern Austria after a night flight into VIE. Hotel served the purpose of a cost effective, clean overnight stop. Breakfast selection was substantial with a large restaurant. Would stay again.

Lovely ambience, rooms good, but lacking air conditioning to be effective. A little distant to transportation hubs. Good restaurant.

The staff was nice and friendly although they seemed overwhelmed. There is a few things that can be improved on like locating the entrance to the lobby / building it was not on the Main Street , therefore, a sign saying enter here would have been great. We actually drove around the block looking for the entrance. The ac didn’t work like we wanted; the room was hot. We didn’t have a card to access our room once we got off the elevator so someone had to let us in.

Good hotel in a good location, friendly and helpful staff with clean rooms. Can’t complain about anything! :-) The only thing I noted was that the parking garage under the hotel had rather small parking spots.

Overall the hotel is very convenient. You could get to the city center by subway or by bus. The room is clean and the hotel has good breakfast. But the room is kind of small for 4 people. It is ok to us as we only stay there for one night.

The night Auditor on 8/27/23 - 8/28/23, is an amazing compassionate man, who helped 5 weary travelers who were abandoned in Vienna by Lufthansa to find a place to sleep for the night. Without him our night would have been completely disastrous. We are so grateful for him and for JUFA! THANK YOU!

Very clean, professional service, accessible yet quite location (away from road traffic and tram sounds)
