We loved Vincci Soho hotel. We were lucky and our rooms were ready in order to have an early check in. Staff was very helpful. Its rooms and location made our stay fantastic. I will definitely stay again at Vincci Sobo hotel when I am back to Madrid.

The bed was very comfortable The room was also very nice The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of ham and cheese, fresh fruits and vegetables, and sweet pineapples The lady at Checkin was also very nice. Although she had a heavy English accent, she still tried very hard to speak, hahahaha

They have a very stomping system, they arrived at 00:00 and paid the full amount and changed their minds on the spot to look at the card with which we booked or they will not settle and will not return the money ..!!!! And the card was not itself and tried to explain at the reception but without meaning, after that I called the police, then they settled us themselves. This is what happened for one hour, we stood waiting at the reception During the stay, they do not even smile as if we live for free. In short 0 zero

The location is great. The breakfast is very complete. The only negative is that you can hear those staying in the rooms next door. I have been in three different rooms and in two of them the windows did not close properly and in one of the rooms the door was damaged. The hotel staff is very helpful.
