Mereka memiliki sistem yang sangat menghentak, mereka tiba pada pukul 00:00 dan membayar jumlah penuh dan berubah pikiran di tempat untuk melihat kartu yang kami pesan atau mereka tidak akan melunasi dan tidak akan mengembalikan uangnya ..!!! ! Dan peta itu bukan dirinya sendiri dan mencoba menjelaskan di resepsionis tetapi tanpa arti, setelah itu saya menelepon polisi, lalu mereka sendiri yang mengatur kami. Inilah yang terjadi selama satu jam, kami berdiri menunggu di resepsi Selama menginap, mereka bahkan tidak tersenyum seolah-olah kita hidup gratis. Singkatnya 0 nol

We loved Vincci Soho hotel. We were lucky and our rooms were ready in order to have an early check in. Staff was very helpful. Its rooms and location made our stay fantastic. I will definitely stay again at Vincci Sobo hotel when I am back to Madrid.

床很舒服 房間也挺好的 早餐不錯，火腿和芝士的種類都不少，水果蔬菜都比較新鮮，菠蘿挺甜的， Checkin的小姐姐人也很好，雖然英語口音很重但還是很努力的在説，哈哈哈

La ubicación es estupenda. El desayuno es muy completo. Lo único negativo es que se escucha a los que se alojan en las habitaciones de al lado. He estado en tres habitaciones distintas y en dos de ellas las ventanas no cerraban bien y en una de las habitaciones la puerta estaba dañada. El personal del hotel es muy servicial.
