Great location, comfortable bed, super clean, can't fault Urbanauts and would be back for more.

As a regular visitor of the area where this property is located it was not a surprise that once again I was in a place with great shopping and eating opportunities but on a what cost. Except for the great location and perfectly operated check in procedure there is nothing that bring some sort of satisfaction. Heating in the rooms is operated remotely and you can not adjust the temperature. Which is awful especially if you are traveling like me... With a child. Rooms were well equipped but really cold. I've tried to ask for assistance but without any result. We were travelling with some friends and they were joking about the absence of stoves in the kitchen boxes. It was purposely so the guest won't be able to use them to heat the rooms. Anyway... Most of the thing were all right but the issue with the temperature especially in the winter is crucial for my overall rating of this property. Definitely won't use this accommodation again!

Very spacious for the price, basically the whole flat for myself, with small kitchen, fridge, shower everything. The only issue is that the window next to my pillow has no curtain? (all other windows have) The light came on my head directly. Check-in was not straight forward though, for some reason the hotel email never came through Gmail, which I believe many people use. I had to call them at door to organise a resend of code to another email address. Imagine if I have arrived at late night? The ********** also did not make this clear during booking process.

It was great

Abbiamo trascorso quattro notti in questa struttura, nel periodo di Natale. Appartamenti nuovissimi e comodissimi, situati in un bel palazzo in un quartiere particolarmente elegante e centrale di Vienna. Il nostro monolocale era impeccabile, con un letto grande e comodissimo, silenziosissimo, con tutti i comfort, bagno ampio, pulizia perfetta, cucinino a disposizione. Wifi ottimo e stabile; efficientissimo il riscaldamento a pavimento. Davvero una chicca...lo sfrutteremo per i nostri prossimi soggiorni a Vienna. Non ultimo...prezzo davvero conveniente!

Das Studio (1.Stock) selbst war sehr schön nur sehr dunkel. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen hätte ich mal frische Handtücher erwartet. Und eine zusätzliche Decke zu den Bettlaken zum Zudecken, habe ich auch vermisst. Die Lage, man kann sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen, zum Bus 3 Min. einkaufen Café‘s etc. war PERFEKT! Ein Grund ev nochmal zu …..
