Enjoyed the residence but had issues with a soft mattress, limited effectiveness of shades to dim outside lights and non-functioning fireplace in the common area. Daily muffins with coffee were much appreciated.

We stayed three nights in Victoria and enjoyed the stay in the cozy, Victorian-style hotel very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Most part of the day tea, coffee and home made muffins were available in the homy dining room with beautiful silver white christmas tree. Dishes, cutlery, microwave were available for every one as well as some books, games, puzzles.

Had a very comfortable stay here recently. Lots of great restaurants nearby, being so close to downtown Victoria, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. I’d highly recommend for anyone visiting this city!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They no longer serve breakfast and afternoon tea, but there is a small square bar fridge and Keurig coffee machine in the suites. Dishes and cutlery are availabe in the atrium. You can also use that space if you don't want to eat in your room. The location can't be beat, close to public transportation and tourist sites but also in residential neighborhood.
