入住後居然在床上發現用過的衞生紙，還有毛髮，懷疑根本沒有換床單，真是惡習。

Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was DELICIOUS! Lots of options, was constantly refilled and cleaned up. Best continental hotel breakfast. The only complaint we had was the pool. My son was very excited for the pool but said it was small and very packed every time he tried going there. Not really much that can be done about that when there’s a lot of guests though. So not a big deal. Overall … a great stay with friendly staff!

There were insects and spiders crawling in the bed with my daughter. She is now petrified. We complained to the front desk our room was moved and we did not feel safe. The pool area is dangerous. It is outrageously slippery. While walking slowly my whole family fell multiple times. I have a 5 year old daughter and a 6year old nephew. We couldn't stay at the pool long due to the slippery conditions. Multiple people were falling.

Our stay was marred by power loss that began overnight before our check out. So there was no hot water and only partial lighting available when we awoke. Was difficult dressing and washing this morning. But it is usually our preferred place to stay when visiting our daughter at Binghamton University

We paid for the larger suite hoping to have a good experience. We actually had to put the air on.. the room was so hot we couldn't even sleep... It was terrible...we were debating jumping in the shower at midnight..no matter how low we put heat.. it was super hot ..we also couldn't get cool water out of the bathroom sink to wash our face to cool down.. it was only warm and hot....my son wanted to take a sip in the pool... He said it was cold. . then a family with five children were in there screaming at the top of their lungs and jumping on each other., he was in there for 10 minutes and wanted to get out...it was frustrating when you pay that much for one night and it was more stress than anything... breakfast included was pretty good...

We had a great stay in late December 2023. The room and bathroom were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was ample storage for our clothing and luggage. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a great variety. The pool area was clean and much enjoyed by our children. I appreciate the extra safety of having to be let in to the pool door with a front desk key.
We will definitely stay here on future trips.

Our checkin took a very long time and I had reserved two hotel rooms on *******, but I was only given one room upon check in and had to re book the second room even though I had received confirmation through ******* that two rooms were booked.
