Residence all'Adige

Great and very nice hotel, very big and comfort room, looks like new, kitchen very well equiped, bus stop is in front of the hotel and drives direct to the old city town (2€ per person), very helpful and kind staff (they all speak english very well).

Well appointed apar**ents with willing and helpful staff somewhat hampered by typical Italian bureaucracy and aversion regarding the use of air conditioning. Associated commercial gym on site is well equipped but very busy.

The Residence all'Adige needs to make its mind up what it is as a number of rooms seem to have been turned over to social housing of the elderly and infirm whose behaviour was incompatible with that of a hotel. One such arrival was witnessed arriving by ambulance Once the patio door to my balcony was open ( it was just under 30degrees C ) my room was constantly full of cigarette smoke due to my neighbours smoking . it could start before 7am and continue to 11pm . I could only suggest that their working career had been that of a Laboratory Beagle for Malbro or British American Tobacco , it was incessant and intrusive. There is something very disconcerting to awake from your slumbers to find the room full of smoke I noted that someone ( the management perhaps? They did not deny it ) had attempted to de sensitise the smoke alarm in my room Also , the neighbours support equipment was left in the hall , possible blocking fire escape routes , if the corridor was unlit or full of smoke In a former role as European legal compliance officer I would have found this very worrying . They need to rethink how they allocate rooms and rooms described as non-smoking need to be on a non-smoking floor away from those that value their lungs allowing the terminally stupid / hard of thinking to indulge themselves to death without affecting others. It’s a shame as this ruined the experience at the residence , the room itself as fine and the staff very good but due to the smoke we would not stay here again

This property is advertised as 2 star but is definitely 3 at a minimum. Our apar**ent was virtually brand new and in immaculate condition! Great view from the balcony and the staff were all very friendly! Transport to the city centre is available right outside and I'd definitely recommend staying here - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a nice room and did the job for us. It was clean and comfortable and not too far from the centre. The only thing that was a negative for me was being told that we would have to pay extra if we wanted to have the room cleaned. We had been doing some travelling around Europe when we stayed at this hotel and had been to a number of countries and hotels before we got to this one and no other hotel (nor any hotels we have ever stayed in) informed us that we would have to pay to have the room cleaned! This wasn't a really cheap hotel and I feel that is a real negative. Due to this I would not stay there again.

Loved how close it was to the city centre without feeling too busy!

The rooms were quite big and fitted our family of 4. The view to the river was exceptional and it was quiet and clean. There was also free parking included in the price which was exceptional. Although there is a choice of an extra charge per day to clean the room it might be best id on an every day basis to have someone change the garbage bags and towels at least. To walk to down town is a bit far away.

When you meet new people or when you get to know a new city, the first impression is what remains forever imprinted somewhere in the subconscious. Arriving in Verona, my first impression was related to this beautiful residence. It is an object located in a green part of the city, very well connected to the center. Despite this, we did not use public transport, because a twenty-minute walk is not a waste of time, but an opportunity to get to know those parts of the city that tourists visit less often. It was worth every step we took because, apart from the magnificent medieval buildings in the center, we also got to know an orderly, modern and safe city on a human scale. But let's go back to Residence all Adige. We stayed in an apar**ent that had a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. All built-in materials and equipment in the apar**ent are of a higher quality than what you find in facilities of this price class, and in less attractive tourist destinations than Verona. Free parking is provided in the garage or in the yard of the residence, and there are several supermarkets nearby where you can buy everything you need to prepare a delicious meal in the apar**ent. Drinking morning coffee on the apar**ent's spacious terrace with a view of the greenery is a special experience - I closed my eyes and heard only the chirping of birds. Finally, I would recommend that, if you are not too lazy, prepare breakfast and eat it on the terrace - you will really enjoy it. This property truly represents excellent value for money and I will definitely be coming again.
