Staff was amazing especially Jason & Chelsea. My daughter loved the window seats & so did puppy too! Would definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival front desk clerk looked very unkept. Hair wasn't brushed and looked like she hadn't washed it in days. She had a stained up grey hoody on and a half ate peanut butter sandwich in one hand the entire time she took care of checking us in. She talked with food in her mouth and was not very welcoming. Room temperature was 39 degrees when we walked in turned on heater. It was warmer in hallway so we had to prop our door open to help warm our room quicker. Also in the bathroom we noticed the toilet was lose at base so it rocked back and forth.

My room was not serviced during the three night stay. Asked for fresh towels both nights. The desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Just disappointed that my room was not cleaned.

It was ok, there were some of the outlets in the room that didn’t work, the bathroom light went out I had to use my cell phones flashlight to take a shower the last night we were there.. the breakfast wasn’t the best especially if you don’t eat cereal, bread or milk products.. the shower was great at least! It was also nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room most of the places around were closed when we were coming back so it was good to be able to reheat food and store stuff. I’m glad I brought my own soaps and shampoos the quality of those products in the room were not great.

I did leave my jacket in the room when I checked out. It's been almost a week and several calls and I've been informed it's been recovered but I haven't had call back on when I'll be receiving it? Could you help me on this? Thank you.

Wish the hot tub worked. Breakfast kinda slim on offerings. Shorted wash cloths from our room.

There were crickets coming out of the plumbing. Toilet, sink etc. And throughout the night jumping on the bed. It's an older hotel and the staff was very nice. The sheet had ripped areas but honestly its the crickets that just make it a NO for me.

I would not recommend…Fire trap- too much electrical back to back with other room…Too. Small…advertise queen bed but we’re full…Pool ok but spa not working….Mirrors everywhere to make it look bigger…hairdryer didn’t work

We arrived and unloaded without checking out the room fully and went out to eat. When we returned we realized there NO shower curtain in our handicap bathroom. Needless to say we wasted towels mopping up the floor after each of our showers. Good thing we brought shampoo and soap as well, none provided. And the hair dryer was broken, so had to dry my hair in front of the air conditioner. When we went for breakfast at 6:30 am, there was one package of cream cheese for a bagel and only enough milk for one bowl of cereal. I have no idea what anyone after us were going to eat. When I went to notify the desk clerk about our frustration he said he needed to write this all down, got out a note pad, fumbled with it and never wrote down anything. When we checked out before 9am, I noticed nothing had been refilled at the breakfast bar, and the desk attendant was visiting with another employee and ignored me as I returned my key cards, no greeting, no have a nice day, no thanks for staying with us. At least the beds were comfortable, but the stained sheets needed bleaching.
