호텔은 위치가 좋아서 산마르코 성당, 리알토 다리를 도보 15분안에 있습니다. 시설은 간단했지만 청결했고 포트, 샴푸등이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다.

服務员很好，熱心介绍交通，，歐陸早餐麭包為主，地點方便近碼頭，五分鐘左右便到，附近有幾間餐廳，酒店有天台，地下有花園，價錢合理的一間洒店,下次仍會入住

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Room was not too big, but clean, a nice bathroom and a good view. Outdoor courtyard. Satisfying breakfast for 8 euros each. Able to leave bags after checking out in order to continue sightseeing. Great place! Highly recommend.

The positives: location is fantastic, and the rooms have AC which is amazing in the summer! The negatives: I checked in on Friday September 1, and immediately upon going into my room, there was stains on the toilet seat (red, clearly blood and it was obvs not cleaned), and the floor of the bathroom and the top of the trash lid was covered in nasty hair. I told the receptionist, and she cleaned my bathroom floor again for me. I also noticed blood stains on my bedsheets that were old, so clearly the cleaning crew did not even check or care how nasty my room was. I got new bed sheets and put it over the old sheets and that's how I slept... When I was checking out, I wanted to tell the front desk person about my experiences (per the first girl's recommendation as the front desk person on Monday was apparently. more senior and can help), but he said ‘just leave, you’re checked out anyways, just go and write a review if you have complaints”. So here I am. Writing a review, because it was awful. I know this isn't a luxury hotel, but clean should be a given in any hotel!

Stayed for 9 nights - a very safe and friendly place in a great location between the Guggenheim and Accademia. The staff were fantastic, great views from the roof terrace, functioning aircon in the room. Great base for exploring the city. Highly recommended.

I was sick with the flu prior my trip and send a message to the hotel 3 days prior my arrival. I cancelled the trip on line. When I was better, I called the hotel manager, who said that he refunds or give credits if you let them know 3 days in adavance (that is what I did). Nobody wants to travel sick in pandemic times. I had a severe flu and could not get out of bed. The hotel gave me nothing: no partial or total credit in a form of a voucher. The air line gave me credit. I am now healthy and re booking my 10 days trip to Venice. I have to spend another 550.00 in accommodations in another hotel, but one that I can contact over the phone and make sure that if something happens, I can get credit and rebbok if I notify in adavance. No matter what the hotel answers me here. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. THEY GAVE MYY ROOM TO ANOTHER PERSON AS I CANCELLED THE TRIP IN ADVANCE AND KEPT 100% OF MY MONEY. ZERO COSTUMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
