Great hotel for budget accommodation with a great location!

The location is excellent. Right next to the train station, but hidden in a small alley so it's not noisy. The breakfast was good and the staff was very kind. The only downside is that the beds are too narrow and the mattresses were not that comfortable

Great location to discover the top half of Venice and go explore Cannaregio and the Jewish Ghetto. Water taxi minutes walk away, more shops that you could visit, a real contrast to staying a bit deeper into the islands. The room was clean and functional. The included breakfast was a great bonus. I would stay here again.

I stayed here for the long weekend from May 25th to May 1st. The inn is just a few minutes from the station, which was great for us since we arrived by train. The room was very clean and renovated. The breakfast was small but still good. Very friendly staff. The lady at the reception was very nice and gave us various useful tips for getting around Venice, both for transportation and attractions to visit. I fully recommend it and if we were to return to Venice we would definitely come here!

Excellent location especially for those arriving by train as it is located next to the station, but in a quiet street. The inn is very nice and well looked after. Simple and clean rooms, nothing is missing. Comfortable bed and pillows. There is no elevator but even though we were on the second floor, we didn't even notice it. Adequate breakfast with choice of sweet and savory. Availability and courtesy on the part of the staff, both in giving advice on how to get around or where to eat, and in giving the possibility to leave luggage for guests who need it.

I allow myself to rate this hotel, despite not having stayed in it. I made a reservation for two nights, Saturday and Sunday in October 2023, through one of the well-known applications and there we went, the girls at the reception spent a long time trying to find the reservation in the system, but it did not appear, until they They realized that the reservation was for the same days, but for the following year, 2024, and the hotel had no free places. Given this difficult situation for us, meeting two people who helped us a lot at that time is very grateful and says a lot about the great service of this hotel. Finally, we were able to find another hotel, but many thanks to the people at the reception at Locanda Ca’ Lucrecia for their help. If we return to Venice, we will book at this hotel, but the reservation will be correct

Excellent location, friendly staff... no lift, poor breakfast, small but clean room, no window in the bathroom. The reception is only available until 2pm, after which tourists have to rely on a bell, we had to help a Chinese woman at 11pm to check in because they couldn't understand her on the intercom and she was very scared. Above all, the value for money needed to be reviewed a bit.

We stayed over the weekend of April 22-24 and had a very good time. Excellent location near the station, good service, very friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent room on the top floor. Thanks to Veronica, Roberta and Flavio for the great experience.

Very nice, clean and well-kept small hotel. The rooms are not brand new but everything is clean and the value for money is excellent. It's just a shame that Venetians are not recognized for their friendliness, at least those who work in contact with the public should be a little more empathetic, at least greet and thank the guests who, in any case, are always paying customers. So a little more kindness wouldn't hurt. Definitely worth returning.

This hotel is simply fantastic! Our room was clean and the towels soft and fragrant. The location is strategic because it is just a few minutes walk from the Santa Lucia station, but at the same time it is in an internal and therefore quiet street. The service at the reception was impeccable, on the first floor there is a free water dispenser (!!) and the buffet breakfast is truly suitable for everyone (including vegans). With a little notice they can organize themselves better, but we had forgotten to warn of the need for the vegan option... In any case, it wasn't a problem because the presence of cereals, toast bread, jams, fruit fresh fruit juices and soy milk still satisfied my every need. I will definitely come back.

We were there last week, a convenient inn a stone's throw from the station, very clean and comfortable with excellent breakfast and very kind staff, including the owners ... we will definitely be back ..... thank you very much ....

I had reserved 2 rooms to enter on June 25 (due to covid, as a precaution I took the option of greatest possible cancellation, which was until the 21st, there was no option to choose cancellation until the last moment) and on the 24th Iberia canceled me the flight without the possibility of relocating. As soon as they informed me, and seeing that it was practically impossible to get to Venice in any other way (we were going with 2 children and an elderly person), I wrote to the hotel so that if they did not return our money, they would at least allow me to change the dates of the trip (I understand that it was not their problem, but a change of date did not make them lose money). They flatly refused. Keep this in mind when booking, THEY ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING WITH CUSTOMER PROBLEMS.

Close to the station, so you can leave your luggage immediately, 2 steps from the vaporetti. In the area there are also a lot of clubs and not being the center, it is even better Very nice, very kind, very clean and comfortable room with air conditioning. Small internal garden where you can have a lovely breakfast.
