We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast selection was excellent—plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The only slight downside was the birds flying in and out of the dining area, which was a little distracting at times, but nothing major. The location was spot on—perfectly situated just far enough from the main strip to avoid the noise, but still only a 10-minute walk to the beach, which was super convenient. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room for free, which was such a nice touch and made our stay even better. The swimming pool was warm and really comfortable, great for a relaxing dip any time of day. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to return!

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are awesome, they also help us sort external issue with a taxi. Aside from the stairs which the hotel is located on a hill, there is a tuktuk to take you up the hill should you not prefer to walk. Overall, our deluxe room with a sea view is worth booking again.

The hotel is very near to Kata Beach. And we also enjoyed the night markets with variety of food and shopping around the area. We stayed there for 2 nights. The housekeeping staffs are very great as they will come to our room and ask if we need cleaning service. And they are willing to help eg. bring us bottled water and towels upon request. Another pleasant surprise is the romantic room decoration prepared by the hotel in response to the message I left during booking. The only area where we hope to see improvement from the hotel is in providing more helpful service at the front desk (eg. share us information about the available facilities and activity packages in the beach area, as well as offer assistance when we lost the phone (thankfully, we found it later in the day). If we plan to visit Phuket again, we will definitely book this hotel as it offers great value for money and an overall satisfied experience.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and location was good. As noted before, the hill that the hotel is located on can be fairly exhausting after a long day in the heat. Sadly, both my husband and myself got food poisoning during our trip and had to rely heavily on the hotel’s service, which was just adequate. Overall, I’m not sure I’d go back.

The hotel is very clean and the location is great as it is near to the sea and some rooms have a sea view. However, you would need to take a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to get to and from the lobby to your rooms so it’s a bit time consuming. However, the facilities and the overall state of the hotel definitely out weights Thé inconvenience and I would definitely book this hotel again if I come back to Phuket

Good service

This could be a great hotel but there's pros and cons. The cleaning wasn't done properly, when we arrived we found a bunch of hairs on the floor in the bathroom and a lot of dust around the Tv. The other days were ok after we complain. Room: The room need renovations especially the bathroom. The water pressure was a nightmare to shower. But wonderful sea view Breakfast: Average, most of the hot items ( noodles...) Were cold, but fruits and salad good. The staff: All were nice and professional at the reception, especially one old man who take care of the security, he make my day every day's, always smiling, jocking, greetings us ! Unfortunately 2 staff were absolutely not friendly at all, black face everyday when you ask something and it's not very pleasant especially when you need their services everyday. Location: Excellent, very near from the beach and restaurants. Tips: those who are on high floor level, don't hesitate to use the car to go back to your room, unless you want to do some exercises because there's a lot of stairs to climb. Conclusion : if we didn't pay so much for this room, I could have rate this hotel a bit better but all the issues I mentioned above are not acceptable for the price we paid.

The resort was amazing! Located just a 5 minute walk from Kata beach it had everything you need. Large clean rooms and bed, balcony, restaurant, breakfast, pool and bar. It’s close to lots of restaurants and tours/airport pick up can be done right from the lobby! Definitely would stay again 5⭐️

Very nice place! Clean beautiful comfortable room, nice people, netflix and really tasty breakfasts. Also there is a cafe, where live music is playing sometimes . Everything looking new and nice! We were in september when it was raining heavily and water from the balcony leaked into the room under the floor covering. To be honest, we just wiped it and did nothing more, it wasn't bothering us. And as was said, higher you live, harder to go upstairs. But view is awesome!

Booked their biggest suite room. Room & balcony is quite spacious. Have to climb so many stairs to reach my room as it’s not a flat floor resort, 1 aircon in the living room is cold but my room aircon is not cold at all. Came in to check 1st time, they ask those room attendants to check. Keep stand there and feel the fan air and adjusting the remote control. They left. After awhile still not cold, I called in again. Same attendants came and do nothing. Called 3rd time, the technician came. Took ladder and replace the net or grilles. Okay, approve the fan air by abit. But this is aircon, I want cold air. Not room temperature fan air. Called 4th time, same technician. He told us he will top up gas. Finally after years, aircon very cold. What’s the POV in the end? Did not arrange relevant department to check and wasting my time!!! No 24hrs room service & housekeeping services. Buffet not nice. Cold drinks not cold. Food not good. Super not recommended!

Great location and wonderful service from staff here. Large pool with lots of sun loungers. Free shuttle to Kata Noi and Kata Beach.

This place was top notch! Clean friendly & delicious food the staff was willing to to bend over backwards to make sure you had what you needed to enjoy your stay. Live entertainment at dinner every night was about bonus. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy the area again 👍👍

Its really hard to reach hotel you have to claim mountain 😅

I had a great stay here, very safe for solo travellers and walking distance to kata beach and many restaurants, shops etc. will definitely stay here again
