Ulasan Sandman Hotel Vancouver Downtown

Had a great stay at the Sandman Hotel in downtown Vancouver! I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a room with a king-sized bed, which made the stay extra comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of downtown with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. It was super convenient to walk around and explore the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions I had. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The only downside was the $25 per day charge for parking, which I wasn’t expecting. It’s something to keep in mind if you’re bringing a vehicle. That aside, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel with comfortable rooms and great service, the Sandman is definitely worth considering. I’d happily stay here again!

Very good experience good location & good staffs. Near port for getting on boat to grandville island. Easy to walk around the downtown.

Hotel is just two stops away from Waterfront Station near the cruise port. Room is large and clean.

I dont think that the quality of the hôtel matches the expensive price we paid. The carpet in the room isnt really glamorous and one part of it was cut and joined together.. Theres also no shampoo, they give you gel shower for that.

Perfect location near the Amtrak and easily also to the car rental at the public library. It was a perfect stay at the hotel.

The location is great, but whenever we use a hair dryer, we had to call front desk to turn on the power. If you want to use a hair dryer, avoid this hotel. Once you turn on a hair dryer, the entire room's electricity will be out. I did late check in, took a shower at 1 AM, and the power was gone. So we called the front desk, but nobody picked up the phone, and we slept with out any heater and lights. It was horrible, because this happened 3 times for 10 hours staying.

Ok hotel. Parts are dated. May not be ideal for long stays but good for short stays. Good location. Seems a bit expensive for what it is.

The room is nice

We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality and design of the room. Everything is very convenient and well-prepared. The furniture is good and new. There is a closet, drawers and a small coffee shop area where you can sit, drink coffee and relax while looking at the view. There was a microwave, coffee machine and a fridge. The bathroom was very elegant and convenient with LED mirrors which are so great if you want to apply makeup on your special day. There were many towels as well with some basic toiletries. The reception staff was always very friendly and helpful. The location is closed to many shops, supermarkets and public transportation. The hotel is very safe and clean.

For the price of this hotel, at more than $600 for one night, I was surprised to also have to pay $25 for parking. Also no slippers for guests. Location - proximity to Rogers Arena is why we booked and that was good. Just was expecting more for the price.

Good location but since hotel is under renovation, very noisy. Limited room amenities, no cleaning service unless request!

The room furniture is quite old ..need to upgrade and change the furniture
