The hotel location is very near to the Nanxun old town, it only takes about 10 mins walk. The hotel equipped with smart toilet and assistant. However, the hygiene of the hotel still need to be improved. Hair was found on the bed and there was dust under the tv.

Better to have receptions that can speak at conversional English

The waiter's job is great.Suitable for family and parent-child travel. It is also very close to nanxun town. It takes about 15 minutes to walk！It was a good stay experience.

It takes 5 minutes to walk to the ancient water town from the hotel. Upon checking in, they sent me a plate with fruits as a welcome. With a smart speaker that controls the temperature and blinds in the room, plus a smart toilet with a remote control, the room is quite spacious and quite modern. One of the best toothbrushes and toothpastes I've ever seen in a hotel. There was also a free breakfast included with the stay, but the variety was limited, but the quality and taste were very good. I am quite pleased with the choice - not too expensive but a very good experience.

The hotel is a real 5 star and the location is great. It's a walking distance to the water Town. The service was good. They had a good breakfast and we were served in the room. The room was clean.

第一次來南潯旅遊定了這家酒店，離景區七八百米，到酒店需要在前台拿洗漱用品，當時我都驚呆了，後來聽説是政府要求的，原定行政大床房空調聲音很大，和前台溝通後客房服務小姐姐很熱情的陪着我看了好幾個房間檢查空調聲音大小，最後免費升級了榻榻米房間，房間很乾凈，停車很方便，退房時前台還送了一盒水果，服務很好！

外觀有點不起眼，像商務連鎖 那種，房間裏面還不錯，前台CHECKIN 態度很好，會發拖鞋和牙刷。 房間裏面很乾凈 ，就是隔音不好，窗户外是馬路，晚上是隔壁房間敲門啊 説話聲啊 。 早餐品種很豐富，小餛飩好吃。 步行到南潯古鎮南門大約10分鐘，可以從旁邊飯店門口掃電瓶車，騎行非常方便。
