Great hotel, very clean and a (food / drink) surprise in your room pretty much every day. The kids loved the doraemon room and we loved the service from 小杜，小赵（新），刘涛经理. We also really liked the included breakfast every morning. And we could store some of our luggage in the hotel when we traveled outside of Xiamen for a couple of days. Normal Swimming pool was a bit cold though.

Very good hotel. Great hospitality Friendly staffs , counters concierge staff are excellent. Efficient. Trip.com makes booking so much easier. Clean hotel, Zen-feel & calmness vicinity. Just like a resort. Great breakfast buffets. All good. Except that the noise from the airplane ( cuz very near to airport ) might disturb a little. I had a fantastic experience staying at the hotel with my family. The front desk supervisor, Veronica Lin, was truly exceptional in her service. She was extremely helpful and attentive, making every effort to upgrade our room to the Xinyue twin bed Room, which had a bathtub as I had requested. Her professional introduction to the hotel's amenities and services was extremely informative. Additionally, Veronica presented us with a unique bag of desserts, which was a delightful surprise. I couldn't believe that the hotel has been operating for 40 years and yet maintains such a high level of service and comfort. She showed us to our room, assisted us with our luggage, and made sure we had a pleasant stay. Overall, Veronica's service and the hotel's facilities made our trip truly enjoyable.

Booked for my friends, they said the guest service manager Veronica Lin is really good, help to book the shuttle service, also introduced the facilities in hotel in details.

The hotel service is excellent! The manager located at 海宇楼even personally bought medicine for her guest when she found out that the guest got stomach ache. The standard of care at the hotel is excellent!

We stayed here for a whole week! We both really enjoyed it here..it was very peaceful, relaxing but with everything we needed nearby! Swimming pool was lovely!! Great garden! A Big and clean room! Upgraded🙏🏽 A few cute restaurants nearby, that we really enjoyed! The staff at the desk was vèry helpful, many Thanks again! We could leave our luggage there for free for 2 weeks, was a big help! We stayed another nite! We had a great massage and pedicure in a place nearby..just across to the left..app. walking 300 mtrs!

This is an excellent hotel, breakfast is excellent and service is excellent, staff are always very friendly and helpful.

My stay at C&D xiamen was really comfortable and hassle free. Especially due to all the help from Veronica at the front desk who was fluent in English and helped in all ways possible including booking taxis and ensuring i had enough change for taxi trip. Will definitely return to enjoy their hospitality. And recommend to my friends.

The hotel is so pretty, I love the garden inside which is so cool, there are black swans，peacocks and ostrich.Thanks to the Guest Service Manager Veronica Lin who is so considerate, she introduced the hotel, the rooms and the restaurants. She showed me what is real hospitality who helped me to call the cab, cancel the reservation and book the shuttle service during my stay , she is really a cool girl! When I was checking out, she sent me a small gift with desserts and tea, that’s really nice!

Family-friendly hotel, services are excellent, alot of facilities available, our kids especially like the playgrounds and warm pool.

Very customer orientated staff. A lot of smiling and greetings in English. Warm hospitality. I did ask the front desk about the location of the sauna. They didn’t really know. I ultimately never found it. 06:30 breakfast start very helpful. Xiamen is a great place.
