Arrived early morning, the reception are kind enough to see the luggages are secured. Clean n cosy hotel. Asked for water in the night, it took 2 calls and half hour later to get it. Was given handicap room, surprised that I was not alerted or given a chance to reject. Otherwise, no complaints.

Great hotel in fantastic location, a little slow check in process but check out is very efficient. We had the disabled room, the shower is a wet room, ask for a non-disabled room if you don’t want the shower chair etc.

Nice location, right in front of St. Paul cathedral. Close to tube / train station, Farringdon also walkable distance. Easy to walk to the riverside as well. Restaurants around on Main Street and in the alley. Hotel is newly decorated, very neat and quiet. Amenities are the best I used at London (11 nights 4 different hotels: 2 5-star hotel, Hilton, and 1 small hotel). Staff are professional. Breakfast is very nice. Dinner not my thing though (half board, with express dinner set included).

Make sure you don’t get a basement room otherwise you will have no natural like or ventilation. The rest was fantastic

This is my second stay in this hotel. Everything excellent. But the shortcoming remains the shower design which the screen is not adequate to prevent extensive wetting of the outside floor. This is an example when design outweighs practicality. Recommend to rotate the movable screen at an angle like in the picture.

Lovely new hotel, with the most comfortable of beds, right opposite St Paul’s which was ideal for my stay. Check in was a little slow, but friendly. My room was quiet and had everything I could have wanted in it.

房間大小在這個價位是大的。 地理位置十分好。酒店對面就有一家麥當勞， 酒店的設計十分的新，並且有家比較漂亮的酒吧。

早上8點辦理入住，沒有房間，下午5點回到酒店時，被告知該房間衹能住一晚，然後換房間！雖然我們一再聲明我們最不願意打包，但沒有選擇，經理一再保證會換到一個更大的房間。第二天拿到新的房間，真是讓我生氣，完全不是“much larger"的房間，純粹衹是更明亮，2個房間衹是房型不一樣，我覺得總面積是一樣大小。此時我已經表示明顯不滿意，而且對該經理的話，完全不相信了。第3天下午4點10分左右回到房間，發現居然沒有打掃，這真是讓我震驚！我特地電話問前台，他們是否每天打掃，他們回答是的，雖然他們最後打掃時間是5點，但我這樣的情況是不應該的，她會向酒店經理報告下。一會兒酒店經理打電話上來居然説全球酒店打掃時間10-5點，這是全球的標準！最讓人生氣的是我向攜程投訴了以後，居然收到酒店解釋説我房門上掛着"請勿打擾“的牌子。人為的錯誤在所難免，但撒謊就不能容忍了！我在這個酒店入住6晚，從一開始需要換房間，而且為了讓我換，騙我説新房間大很多，到為了掩飾他們沒有及時打掃的人為錯誤的，強詞奪理説5點是全球標準，再到騙人説我門上掛着牌子，真是太令人震驚，這居然是一個Hilton旗下的酒店的管理和人員素質！
