Ulasan Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre

Itu bagus karena itu adalah pusat kota, dan itu bagus karena itu adalah hotel yang besar dan bersih. Namun, akan lebih baik jika saya memiliki istri yang mengatakan tidak ada barang sekali pakai untuk menjaga lingkungan. Saya tidak memiliki sikat gigi atau sisir, jadi jika saya tidak membawanya, saya mungkin menghadapi situasi di mana saya harus keluar untuk membelinya~~~. Bagaimanapun, saya mendukung pengurangan produk sekali pakai untuk melindungi lingkungan global.

Anda dapat dengan mudah berjalan kaki atau naik bus/Skytrain ke Canada Place, Gas Town, Chinatown, Yaletown, Granville Island, dan Stanley Park. Tinggal 3 nites. Membawa kucing kami juga.

Tempat itu sangat bersih dan modern. Sejujurnya banyak dari hotel Vancouver ini sangat tua dan tidak tampak modern, yang satu ini cukup unik dan pasti akan kembali lagi!

Hotelnya sangat puas, tapi sanitasinya kurang bagus, karpetnya terlalu berdebu, tapi di pusat kota, banyak makanan di sekitar, dan banyak makanan enak di lantai bawah, yang sangat nyaman

We stayed on 27th floor! Kids loved sightseeing the downtown from the hotel room. It was the window wall. They have very comfy beds. We all really enjoyed sleeping in. My kids now spent more time at the health clubs than swimming pool. They have three different health clubs to work out.

Location is very good, lots of restaurants are near by. But the service was just so so. gym' s equipment looks older than my mom

The customer services associate , Kelly, was very rude and total us that he is unable to address us becos she unable to pronounce our name. Her manager took side with her told us that he need to find out her side of the story. We have checked out but he have yet to provide give us any explanation on the CS Associate's behavior. I am not sure if it is intentional bad behavior or luck of training.

Service on front desk was unpleasant and unfriendly. Staff overall rude. Otherwise hotel was ok. Dated and looked tired. Location was easy for downtown

First of all, very clean! We loved our stay at this hotel. It is a very well-serviced hotel with nice and trained staff. The room was very comfortable, and the access to the club was so super convenient. The view of the city is just stunning. Will definitely stay here again when I come to Vancouver again. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

Our corner room had amazing views, no bathtub but overall well equipped room, if you need something (like toothbrush or razor) you can order from the front desk. The only thing we did not like was the neighborhood - we saw a lot of homeless people right next to the hotel, putting up tents and sleeping on the street.

Everything was great…I was there before check in time but very nice guy in reception gave me the key.. the only bad thing was it took an hour to return my deposit ☹️

Great location, but the North and South towers were confusing and one has to drag the luggage between the two towers because taxi only stops at South tower.

After checking in a late arriving family with young children were put in an adjoining room next to us. The adjoining doors are not sound proofed and we heard everything. The children were loud late into the night and up early first thing the next morning. A noise complaint was made at the time with no results and a complaint was made on checking out. We were assured a duty manager would contact us.... this has not happened to date. Really poor service and room allocation.
