We drove over 4 hours for a wedding. I had called earlier in the week to see about getting an early check in because check in was at 3 and the wedding was at 4. The guy was nice and said to call the night before but it shouldn’t be a problem. I called the night before and spoke to a very kind girl who said that she would put it in the system and that she can almost guarantee we’d get it but to call back the next morning when we were in 2 hours away to let them know we were coming. I called on our way and spoke to someone who I’m assuming is a manager. She was extremely rude and said they do not offer early check ins at all. I explained to her that the two previous employees I spoke to said they do and that it shouldn’t be a problem. She said that’s not true and that she would speak to those employees. She did not want to give us an early check in at all and was very rude to me on the phone, explaining that checkout is at noon and there is no way she could clean all of those rooms in time for me to check in early. She eventually said that she would get my number just in case a room is available but kept repeating that the earliest she could help “if I can help at all” would be at 2 pm. I told her that was fine and sure enough, she called at exactly 2 pm on the dot. The hotel itself was decently nice. The bathrooms hadn’t fully been cleaned all the way and the shower didn’t work at all. The walls were paper thin so we heard everything all night. I wouldn’t recommend.
