Ulasan Mercure Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Like before, the stay in this hotel has been nothing short of amazing and great!🫰 Firstly, the airport pick up service who Yuki assisted me to arrange the day before went smoothly. Upon early arrival of my flight and I requested for earlier pick up, I called the hotel and Penny politely assisted me to liase with the driver for earlier airport pickup. Airport pick up takes 20 minutes one way. It's a pleasant experience. Secondly, the front desk was smooth, helpful and good. Penny checked me in and Yuki and another colleague checked me out the next morning. All of them were so lovely and awesome. Penny offered a free room upgrade for me and I was more than happy and touched. 🩵 Thirdly, the room was again, clean, fantastic, all functioning and spotless. Love the toilet to have so many high tech modern features such as controllers for the toilet bowl. All drinks in the fridge and drawer of the room were free of charge too! Fourthly, if you wish to wash your clothes there's a free self service laundry service and the second floor next to the gym. It has one dryer and a washing machine. There's an instruction on the wall on how to operate and no detergent is required. Simple to use! Gym facility is free to use and simple yet adequate as well for anyone who wishes to burn some fats after feasting on delicious Sichuan delicacies. Lastly, the breakfast spread was again, as delicious as before. There's wide varieties of food and a cosy ambience for one to eat. Overall, I would definitely love to come back again if I have flights to and from Chengdu Shuangliu airport. All of the staff are a gem to the hotel and the hotel facilitates are superb. It's worth it.🩵🫰🥺

Hotel room is clean with comfortable beds. Very polite and friendly staff. They called us to let us know we left something in the room after we checked out.

Far from the city center, so will be suitable for travelers that this is not important. 6. Very nice and professional staff. They can’t speak English well, but they try really hard to help. 臨時訂的一家酒店，看評價不錯，就選擇了這家。房間整潔乾淨，沒有異味，裝修也很温馨，電視真的超級大，房間的洗漱用具，浴巾和毛巾都很乾凈的，美居的衞生真的是沒得説，位置也很方便，去市區3號線半個小時就到了，出門右轉就是商業街，有小吃也有購物中心，下午辦了入住還出去轉了一圈，特別熱鬧，也便捷，相對於市區內酒店的價格，這家美居真的特別划算了，酒店前台服務也特別熱情周到，到店的第一時間就會給上一杯熱茶暖身子，昨天是平安夜，入住還送了小蘋果。最最重要的是設施設備都很全，有洗衣機還有烘乾機，居然還有健身房！！！而且都很新，真的很滿足。咱就是説第一次這麼認真評價一家酒店，因為入住體驗真的非常好！下次絕對還會首選這家酒店

酒店環境很好，很便利，有專屬的地下停車場，出門右轉就有很多吃飯的地方，酒店還提供免費的接送機，很方便。房間很安靜，前台小姐姐得知睡眠要求較高，還免費幫忙升級了房間，真的服務很好，設施設備也很新，下次還會再來住的

酒店在小區裏、地理環境很舒適，房間也很乾凈、安靜。酒店早餐很豐富，還有面、米粉之類的特色小吃。推薦他家的老麻抄手、味道一絕、酒店周邊有明城購物中心，有火鍋，瑞幸，飲品小吃之類的，酒店右手邊200米就是地鐵口和小吃街、出行很方便，晚上也可以逛逛! 前台服務和送機服務很貼心，因為我女朋友比我提前出發去機場、前台給我女朋友準備了牛奶、雞蛋和麪包、太暖心啦、酒店到機場15-20分鐘左右，很便捷!

這次的入住體驗非常好，非常感謝前台小彭小姐姐，因為入住期間有點小感冒，點了一點感冒葯讓幫忙送一下，結果幫我把葯送上來了還另外提供了紅糖薑茶和温水非常貼心，酒店的早餐也很豐富，這個價格真的性價比非常高了！

服務態度很好，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，大廳很大。早餐很不錯，中西餐都有，花樣很多。前台妹妹服務特別貼心，辦理入住快。房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很大，衞生間乾濕分離。客房服務員熱情，主動打招呼。停車挺方便的，停車場很大，洗衣服很方便 ，還有健身器材，總體來説很不錯，推薦入住！！

超讚的一家酒店！！偶然間在網上看到的，剛好這次需要在雙流停留一晚，便選擇了這家酒店。進門就能感覺滿滿的暖氣，真的賊棒。前台服務人員也都會熱情問好，也會幫忙推薦附近地道的美食，真的很nice。酒店的設施齊全設備也很新，外賣也會有機器人送上樓，很便捷，還有洗衣機和烘乾機，對於冬天來説，真的很喜歡。衞生方面也很不錯，不管是馬桶還是房間的邊邊角角都很乾凈，沒有一絲灰塵，像我這種注重細節化的人，看到了這樣的衞生都不得不説真的很棒。最最令人驚喜的是：酒店的環境和地理位置很好，酒店內部裝修很大氣，法式裝修讓人感覺特別的温馨舒適，雖然在機場旁邊，但是完全聽不到航線的聲音很安靜，對於睡覺輕的人來説，簡直就是福音，出門右轉一百多米左右就是一個小吃街和購物街，既滿足了吃貨的胃也滿足了購物的快樂，真的很棒啊！！！ 還有還有酒店也提供免費的接送機服務，剛好方便了我第二天去趕早班機，值得一提的是酒店真的服務超暖心，早班機走得比較早，還給我準備了雞蛋、牛奶、麪包、真的深深戳中我的心。這次入住給我帶來了巨大的驚喜，下一次出差一定還是首選這家雙流機場美居。

美居的體驗一直很好，這次也沒讓人失望，算是經濟型酒店裡性價比很高的了，從小楊管家到前台小姐姐再到服務人員都特別nice，很有禮貌主動問好，説實話住了二十多年國際五星連鎖酒店，現在越來越覺得國內連鎖酒店已經具備很強的競爭力了，因為總愛泡酒店，所以相對而言對酒店要求也會比較高，更很少寫點評，除非特別喜歡或特別不喜歡，這次美居的小姐姐們都是有求必應，還幫我升級了親子房，哈哈床上有兩個可愛的小傢伙！因為私人原因還幫我延時到三點鐘，下次還會選擇美居酒店，繼續加油不要鬆懈哦！ 對了，提一個小建議，就是接機的時候請提前詢問乘客的人數和行李，因為像我們這次的箱子就比較大，接機車也相對較小，所以因為我們箱子問題搞的和其他乘客不太愉快，其實如果提前告知我們是可以選擇攜程專車接機的，這點下次要注意，其他都很好👍
