Ulasan Ji Hotel (Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain)

Hotel ini dan kamarnya sangat bagus, dengan ***a minimalis dan zen, wanginya enak dan memiliki staf yang membantu. Sarapannya bersih dan dekat gunung Tainmensan. Selain itu, ada rumah sakit di dekatnya, yang nyaman jika terjadi keadaan darurat, seperti ketika teman saya jatuh sakit di malam hari. Hotel dan kamarnya luar biasa, sederhana namun seperti zen. Baunya menyenangkan dan stafnya hangat dan penuh perhatian. Sarapannya bersih dan dekat dengan Gunung Taimu. Selain itu, terdapat rumah sakit terdekat untuk keadaan darurat, seperti ketika teman saya jatuh sakit di malam hari.

This hotel is really amazing with good location, clean & new, and also reception is really helpful and professional. The room is really wide and new, the vibe is really well. The breakfast is very good taste with several menu. This hotel is the best ever I stay in China. Recommend!!! 😍😍😍

Less than 10 minutes walking to Tienmenshan cable station. The room is very clean. There is a laundry and fitness room on the 5th floor. There is a local BBQ street food opposite the hotel. The price is very friendly. Extremely recommended.

This chain hotel has very beautiful room! Lobby provides 3 different kind of tea everyday. I was told this hotel is not allow to smoke which is very good for me. But there is abit of smoke smell in my room , the service aunty was very kind and freshen our room again. The only thing is the toilet is abit transparent, you can see your friend shower. It’s ok for couple though. Lobby has a few young lady which I think they are trainee , some of them cannot answer some questions yet. Overall , I like this hotel as they have washing service at the 5th floor. Location is 3-5mins walk to Tian men entrance!

One of my favorite hotel chain in china. Ji hotel is always reliable when it comes to service and cleanliness. In this particular hotel, location is superb as its only a 6 mins walk to the Tianmen cable car entrance.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the Tianmenshan Cableway, and it was an excellent choice for anyone planning to explore Tianmen Mountain. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds, great amenities, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. I also appreciated the hearty breakfast options, perfect for fueling up before a day of hiking or sightseeing. In all, this hotel offers great value for its location, comfort, and service. If you're visiting Tianmen Mountain, I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and convenient experience.

Very nice and clean hotel. All products in the room are good quality. Staff is very friendly.

The location is very close to the Tianmen mountain cablecar and accessible to the downtown of Zhangjiajie with many option of foods to explore. The service was kind of so-so, nothing noticeable comparing to my other stays in Beijing and Chongqing. The staffs were not that helpful and fast in checking us in.

The receptionist, Xiao Zhang is really helpful and great service mind. I cannot speak Chinese, but she try her best to assist us, recommend nice restaurant which the most delicious one of our trip and help us to call taxi cross the city with the reasonable fare. Atmosphere of Ji hotel is impressive. Hot ginger drink at the front counter is really nice and of course, you can have your own tumbler to fill up for your trekking under the cold weather for Free!

Clean, well-designed, well-trained staff, and superb location They have everything all set and ready to use for use once you insert the keycard, which is needed when you use elevator. This shows how safe it is for guests like us. Inside the room, you’re welcomed with tea set and high-quality tea leaves and candies. They also provide 4 bottles of water and make up the room every single day. There is a lady who can speak English at the reception. I feel so lucky getting helped by her. It’s close to everything you need: restaurants, night markets, cableway station, you name it. The lobby is spacious too. We’ll definitely stay here again if we visit Zhangjiajie next time.
