Best resort experience. Period. Starting with 7 am morning live flute renditions herbal tea at a very impressive herbal garden. Lot of outdoor activities, animals petting farm, tractor ride, horse ride, jungle safari etc. Support staff are excellent, lots of variety in food and excellent preparation. Loved our stay here

This place is very well connected with nature and the hospitality is unmatched. We went for a weekend trip with our 5 months old and it was a good trip. The only thing which did not work out for me was the walk which one is required to do if staying in the bougainvillea. The walk will the restaurant or common areas is too much with stairs, almost felt like a mini trek. So do not book those villas if you have kids with you( we were not aware of this. The food is outstanding, chef santosh is a genius and every dish served was 10/10. There are lot of activities which you can do here but then the weather has to be pleasant for it. High tea was a lil disappointing, but the dinner made up for it. And the most imp thing cellular network is very weak here and they don’t provide wi-fi in rooms. Highly recommended for families with kids. If you are coming with old parents book the rooms which are near the garden, else they won’t be able to walk. We are looking forward for another vacation there again!

I booked the property for stay in april end. The basic infra is good (rooms, pool, spa, lot of activities for children, but it's not been managed well. Some issues 1. There is no ac and only few fans in dining hall and no fans in outdoor dinner area. In april /may with temperatures reaching 42-43 degrees its a torture to have meals. Should surely be fixed else booking should be avoided. 2. While dining menu is decent and food preparation is decent, service is poor due to which items are stocked out cold and we have to wait for long time for their replenishment in extreme heat. 3. No proper info on all activities with timing. Children missed doing pipeline as timing was till 4:30 but they didn't inform on checkin. Similarly pool shuts down in evening which wasnt informed. Also nobody informed about outdoor activities like archery etc. Ideally they can print a brochure informing of all activities and timing. Would cost a little (few rs) but lead to a great experience after paying so much money. 4. Not a hotel issue but road to reach hotel is broken which makes it a very tiring 4. 5- 5 hr journey from mumbai (with one break for mini meals. Please be aware while making a booking. I think overall property has lot of potential with slightly better management.

Awesome experience, nice stay and food. Enjoyed extra activities as well. All service staff are helpful.

Family and kids friendly. Everyone was very friendly. Very good place for relaxing with kids and family. Great service given by entire staff specially shivani bhardwaj, chef santosh, mangesh. Very tasty food in buffet. No doubt it is bit costly but worth a visit.

Nice, serene, blissful place with equally good food. Excellent for weekend getaways with family or friends.

Property is good for 1 day trip food experience is not good repeated morning food in night also. Music and swimming pool experience is good. Jungle safari is also very good

Resort was tooooo much fab aminities food service over all things are too much satisfying best place for family peace calm areas for kids play and arrangement is top notch

Rooms and location of the resort was good but services are pathetic, no valet parking, strict timing for dinner and breakfast, no room dine in, no wifi in room. These all things make it an average and not worth the price
