Cleaning wasn’t great. Needed towels and pillows later in the evening and was told nothing was available until the next morning shift came in.. the sofa bed sheets were dirty with lots of stains and food leftovers..

Overall it was good however batteries were dead in the TV remote. I arrived late and did not feel like taking the time to get them changed.

When we checked in room repairs with a drill were being done in rooms below us. We wanted to change room and even pay for an upgraded room, but the front desk refused claiming they were full. This wasn't true as I checked afterwards on their website. The front desk then also lied about how long the noise would last. His claim was "soon, at most 30min", it was more like 1.5 hrs. The room description if being soundproof is also misleading. You can hear the room next door flush the toilet, run the fan or shower. You can also hear the tv next door. The better is very warm, too hot as it it is difficult to cool down tge room short of using AC in the middle of winter

Everything was as expected, but the side door to the hotel had a broke key reader, so I had to entry through the main door every time.

The room we were initially assigned had several hair remaining in the bed under the pillow, a half-full container of jujubes on the middle shelf of the bedside table and a copious amount of dust on most fixtures. The tv remote was also missing and the kleenex box was left empty in the bathroom. We went to inform the gentleman at the front desk. He was very apologetic and was kind enough to allow us to « inspect » the next room before we decided whether or not we wanted to stay.
