the property is very nice. Cottages are very clean and spacious. the staff is very cooperative and polite. they speak both hindi and english so there was no language problem. Excellent view form cottage. the food is also very nice. our overall experience was very nice.

The hotel is located in a mesmerizing location, with clean and tidy rooms, the staff is ever courteous and helpful. Most importantly thr restaurant is hygienic and the food delicious. Overall a value for money package and I would rate it as one of the best in vagamon.

It was a fabulous stay we as group enjoyed every moment ... helpful people and would love to come back to same place ..with family personal attention is given...loved the most is extra bed they provide full bed not the mattress only it's one best thing

This is nice resort to stay.. Peoples are very kind to the guest....morning break fast has nice verity of foods. Management is helping to arrange off road Jeep safari. I recommend this resort to my friends and family. Management can open a swimming pool because in most the resort has swimming pool. In morning break fast management can include Idly, dosa and Poori (Tamilnadu tiffin) From main road to resort road is very steep.....Only car can go.....Tourist vans and buses are not possible to reach to resort from main road...

This is our 4th visit to Falcon Crest, Vagamon. We fell in love with this quaint resort perched on top of hill surrounded by lush green tea estate. The ambience, food, tranquility, scenery, delicious food, comfortable rooms, hospitality of the staff is beyond compare. The staff at the reception are courteous, ensure a smooth check-in. We always book the deluxe room for the view from the balcony. Waking up early in the morning and watching the sun come up over the misty hills is mesmerizing and soothing. The singing birds wil dive you into deep meditation. The rooms are well kept, neat and tidy. The beds are comfortable. The house keeping staff do a good job. Food at Falcon Crest is as close to what you would get at home. It is so healthy, tasty and even after a week's stay you will never get tired of the dishes and never have to worry about an upset stomach. The staff in the restaurant are the real superstars, cooking tasty meals for the guests and serving them with utmost care. This time we met the owners (Sujith and Asha) who visit the resort every week. The friendly couple shared with us on how the resort was established and about some interesting guests who have stayed there. They also shared their concerns about how rapid development in tourism is affecting the nature, the wildlife and the birds. They also shared about how they are doing their bit to make their resort eco friendly. We have recommended Falcon Crest to our friends and family members. If you are a nature lover who just wants to relax and enjoy the greenery, the misty hills and relax in the sounds of the wildlife, then this is the place to be.

Awesome resort. Amazing service. Good guidance on sight seeings. Nice food. Spacious rooms, bed. Good staff. Value for money. Before arrival guidance was very much helpful. Pre arrangement of food was really helpful. A big thank to the entire staff.

Love this place . Used to come here for short breaks whenever you need a rejuvenation session from your job / daily routine. Food is excellent. Staffs are very curteous . Nature at its best. Value for money. Well maintained property. Well connected to all major attractions in Vagamon .
