A very large and well-equipped room, a perfect location in the city, pleasant swimming pool and sauna, an easy parking below the hotel, as well as a very dedicated and efficient staff. Overall, a vert pleasant stay during 3 days.

Excellent hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful view . Has a small kitchen. The sitting room is very spacious. Would love to stay again. Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice and friendly. The lobby area needs some improvement and the carpets in the hallway also need some work

great stay. Very good location. room with excellent view. attentive and friendly staff. Normal breakfast options. Need to be more flexible in the checkin time. We arrived 4 hours earlier than the checkin time. We payed 2 days for 1 day stay.

Property was great, staff was nice but communication with staff was difficult. They offered to help with tours but you would talk with one and they wouldn’t follow through and you would have to follow up with another. A lot of confusion. I ended up having to go into town last minute to book my own tour.

The suite was a perfect size for us and the Kitchenette enabled me to make Chris**as dinner. The location is perfect and the staff were very nice and helpful.
The only "issue" was the rooms are hot. We turned the heat off and opened the windows... which helped !

The apar**ent was amazing after 2 weeks of very small hotel rooms. The view was incredible, snow capped mountains. The staff were very efficient and they made us feel so at ease. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to others

Good service. Very nice View from the balcony. Clean. Useful small inside parking lot. Grocery store near by. We rent only a one bedroom deluxe studio but we had to ask to have access to the balcony because the access is from the second bedroom

This is clearly one of the best hotels in Ushuaia. Very well located, within walking distance of the shops. Rooms offer beautiful mountain views, some with large terraces. I particularly appreciated the indoor pool and sauna, especially after a day of hiking. The breakfast is quite copious, but the coffee wasn't very good.

Lovely bright apar**ents - we stayed here on both ends of our Antarctic trip. Great that you can leave unnecessary bags to pick up on return. Good position relative to walking around city and suprisingly quiet. Ask for a view of the mountains - first stay we had; second stay when we were in a larger apar**ent, no and that was a pity. I liked the balcony from the first stay. Staff warm and helpful.
