Room was small, Bed not comfortable. Restaurant labour were cleaning pot till and were making noise till 1:30 a.m. Can't sleep properly.

Room was OK Ok...staff said 24/7hot water but no hotter was there...bedding/towel wasn’t hygenie....my room was top of kit he’s n it was very noisy...couldn’t sleep full night....restaurant was horrible n cannot describe that much horrible...don’t try to eat ...

Basic facilities and limited parking. People who drive should avoid entering into old town as it’s very difficult to navigate. Rooms are compact and beds were not comfortable

Hotel room charges are a bit on higher side looking at the space provided in the room and having shortage of Clothes storage/ hanging arrangement. Hotel is very near to main road but lot of disturbances and noise from doors banging and traffic on street. Galley smoke fills up mostly on alleway and lift area, so lacking proper ventilation.

Property rooms were very small as compared to shown in photos . Also dirty, unclean and smelling bad property. No complimentary mineral water , overcharging customers. Washrooms have no privacy they are open from top and no exhaust fan for bad smell. ACs were not working. Overcharging price. Highly disappointed.
Staff behaviour was good.
