There is not good service, not explain all the details about the scanning the card for the room, every day I need to active the card that they never mentioned. The water is hallway but there not cups to serve the water. There wasn’t towels in the room. I have to get it at the front desk.

Very noisy and didn’t like the fact that a lot of rooms were blocked for precautionary reasons. I don’t know if that hotel is being used for Covid patients but it was kind of fishy.

Air conditioner in Room 115 was terrible, leaking the whole time, creating a pool on the floor.
Water pressure and temperature regulation was bad. Poor lighting, turning on and off by itself even with the key on place.
