Aydinbey Gold Dreams - Ultra All Inclusive

This hotel is ok but could be improved, rooms were cleaned every day but stairwells etc were not, walking up to the 3rd floor with stairs covered in food etc, mini fridge and tea and coffee weren’t topped up even once. People reserving sunbeds the night before and some not even turning up the next day so left them there for more than 48 hours, and staff don’t do anything about it. People pushing and shoving rather than queuing which tbf isn’t the fault of the hotel. Broken slats all around the pool, both my husband and son caught their feet on them causing nasty cuts. The entertainment went on until midnight which would be ok but it’s right by the family rooms and when you have children wanting to go to sleep at a reasonable time it’s impossible. My husband, son and daughter have all been diagnosed with something called swimmers ear which is an infection caused by dirty water. We did have a nice time making the most of our time away, but things definitely need improvement

Very good experience in the hotel. The hotel is very good, the food , higiene , the pools are perfect. We came 4 families with the children together and stayed one week . And was a perfect week. We recomend this hotel. In the restaurant the meneger FERAT is very helpfull smile person , he has help us a lot PERFECT HOTEL

We rested in this cozy hotel with our family. We visited a wonderful jeep safari tour, we really liked it. the sea is excellent, warm, the beach is sandy, a little rocky. The hotel is in a good location, close to bazaars and bus stops. the staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are always clean. the hotel has its own hammam, gym and massage. there are many large and clean pools on the territory of the hotel, aquagorks are always under the supervision of a lifeguard. excellent entertainment program. The animators of the girls are very cool, groovy. The DJ turns on cool music. we liked everything very much, come relax and have fun.

On arrival we was greeted by staff that helped with the bags, being a late arrival only food was late night supper which we found was medium heat soup and stall bread. The pools and slides were great for the kids. The pool bar staff were shocking and rude and favourited guest better than others allowing people to skip the queue while you’ve waited patiently. The entertainment around the pool in the day was exactly the same for 8 day like ground hog day! Lunch time food in the main dinner hall only catered for adults, nowhere else serving food which we thought there would be booking the holiday, this was due to end of season. Children survived on fruit and salad if found. We ate out every night we was there so the children would have a decent meal. The waiting staff were rude and would start cleaning up around you without asking, and instead of speaking, hand and finger jesters would be used to help us. Evening entertainment was again same every night and seemed like the evening staff would be more rude then the day time staff. Maybe it’s because we went at a time where the season was ending but I believe the service and actives should be same all year round for all guests. Room cleaning and bed making was absolutely dreadful, some day bed wouldn’t be made or changed. Some Days we had to ask for fresh towels We as a family wouldn’t personally go back to this hotel, as we felt like a burden being there, where when we’ve gone to Turkey before at the same time of year to other hotels, the children were confident to speak to bar staff if they wanted a drink and were brilliant making their holiday as well as the parents time a pleasure. When we went out we found the local people really friendly and helpful in all ways, food eating out was good, at places traditional Turkish food but also had the likes of McDonald’s and Burger King near by for the kids if they wanted that. Average food bill would be around €30-40 that’s starter and mains for 5 of us. Alcohol was a bit more expensive per drink but is available if you wanted, soft drinks were cheap enough.

I would not recommend this hotel. It is not a 5* . The food is almost the same every day, not various, room basic, beach is awful. I asked for an iron and they said that I need to pay for ironing 10 euro for a dress...which I found unfair..I have been to different hotels in different locations and the iron was provided for free. Not the best experience..

I expected more from this hotel really but. Reception on arrival appalling. No reps on site. No meetings arranged for net day. Only 1 main buffet restaurant. Under staffed . I've seen a better organised cattle market compared to here. Food ok but not 5 star. No salt pepper or oil provided for any meal. I would never come back to this hotel. Considering the money I paid for 2 people.. not worth it.
