房間設計很高級，感覺是重新裝修的酒店，泳池很美，水也算深，更適合成人游泳和玩樂。酒店的走廊比較舊，同時沒有電梯上落，如果你有大型又重的行李會有點辛苦，可要求酒店提供地下層的酒店，那就會方便一點。另外，晚上有一點點嘈，因為近酒吧，但我還是可以接受的。
整體而言，不錯的價錢不錯的地方。

Muy buen Hotel en la zona centro de Tulum, la habitación excelente, el espacio de la alberca muy agradable (te dan toallas en recepción) y todas las instalaciones muy limpias.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollem Badezimmer und Balkon zum Innenhof mit Blick auf den Pool. Fahrräder konnten für 100 pesos für 24 std ausgeliehen werden. So konnten wir zu den Maya Ruinen radeln.
Die Rezeptionsdamen waren ganz reizend und gaben uns gute Tipps.
Dieses Hotel würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!
Und ein Nachbarhotel bietet Yogaklassen an, die wir in Anspruch genommen haben.

We loved our stay here, such a reasonably priced hotel with big spacious room and clean facilities. Just round the corner from all the lovely bars and eateries. Would definitely return!

Very nice Boutique Hotel. Conveniently located in the city of Tulum. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Would stay there again.

Elements is a very nice hotel!! Staff was very nice! Only downside, the bed had brown stains and hair when we checked in and weirdest thing… they don’t have spare sheets or bedcovers… I even went to the maintenance closet with the front desk guy, there was nothing!! But hey…. It’s Mexico! General cleanliness of the property is so so, but you need to take in consideration that it is a very cheap, hotel an open building! Compared to prices of other property around, I would say that it is a very good deal!
Walkable distance to good restaurants and bars, be sure to try the fish n chips stand next door, Pepa Pez! Amazing food and great service!
If it weren’t for the dirty bedding and the upsetting fact that they don’t have spares (which makes me wonder if they wash the sheets at all), I would have given a 5 star review!
Don’t refrain to go there though, as it is one of the best deals downtown!
