추천하지 않는다. 오후 4시 정도 체크인 할 때, 리셉션 직원의 자리이탈로 한참 기다려야만했다. 게다가 그가 전달한 툴룸 교통 정보는 모두 잘못된 내용이었다. 호텔 직원은 전혀 도움이 되지 않았다. 전반적으로 모던한 시설로 보이지만, 엘레베이터가 없기 때문에 짐을 들고 계단을 올라야한다. 수건은 아주 오래되어 찌들었다. 옆방의 화장실 사용 소리 및 외부 교통 소음까지 잠을 잘 수 없었고, 결국 귀마개를 사용했다. 청소는 깨끗했다.

房間很大，設施新，所有樓層均沒有電梯，需要搬運行李。 房間有可能安排不到同一個樓，樓宇之間沒有連廊，下大雨會淋濕。 淋浴間水量足，很舒服。 車位少，自駕前往車位要早點。 附近有早餐店。

酒店基礎設施很棒，熱水穩定。服務到位，服務員會英語，還很熱情。 還能借自行車100比索8小時。 退房後也還能用帶浴室的廁所～

房間大，酒店出門300米左右有兩個大超市，去圖盧姆遺址開車5分鐘，門口免費停車，早餐不是每天都開，我去的是週一就沒早餐，周圍也沒啥吃的，墨西哥人都比較懶，餐廳開門比較晚

房間設計很高級，感覺是重新裝修的酒店，泳池很美，水也算深，更適合成人游泳和玩樂。酒店的走廊比較舊，同時沒有電梯上落，如果你有大型又重的行李會有點辛苦，可要求酒店提供地下層的酒店，那就會方便一點。另外，晚上有一點點嘈，因為近酒吧，但我還是可以接受的。 整體而言，不錯的價錢不錯的地方。

Muy buen Hotel en la zona centro de Tulum, la habitación excelente, el espacio de la alberca muy agradable (te dan toallas en recepción) y todas las instalaciones muy limpias.
