There was no one to greet us at the Casa Coral, they had not sent us a phone number and we had to look for another hotel. We booked with Agoda but it would happen on TripAdvisor too or any other. Avoid this place !

We spent an amazing five days here in March. The rooftop pool was so relaxing and fun. The location on the beach was excellent. Jade Bay is much more quiet than Akumal Bay and is still within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back.

We rented to apar**ents, top floor and first floor. The apar**ents are very spacious and comfortable. The beach is lovely. For swimming it is a little bit rocky. You'll need a car to get around, but other than that, it is just perfect. Most stunning sunrises from top floor master bedroom.

The property is in really bad shape. The owner is not taking care properly. You have to bring toilet paper.
Airconditioning does not work. They want to charge you more money for paying with your credit card, while the reservation said that paying in cash was not allowed.
They promise to clean the garbage on the beach daily, But reality, they do not. The place is quite nice, but the property goes more towards a two stars place.

Beautiful location and very spacious villa. Beach is great and penthouse apar**ent is huge with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Wifi service was surprisingly good and there were kayaks and paddle boards available as well as snorkeling gear. Only reason not 5 is that there was a few communication lapses that I think could have made it perfect. One bathroom had no shower head which was fine but we weren’t told in advance. We didn’t know what gear was supplied beforehand and had to ask. Some maintenance needs to be done to keep it as to be considered luxury. You need a car also

This is a great condo, great view, nice rooftop pool. The downstairs master ac was artic cold. The living room ac was humid sometimes. The kitchen was lacking, bowls, spatula, blender and oven mitts. Other than that everything else was provided. Internet was hit or miss but workable. Host was very nice and was helpful with quick responses. I will definitely stay again and already thinking about next trip. Great condo and location

Casa Coral is amazing! Such a beautiful property and area. We can not wait to return and bring the kids. Turtles were nesting and babies were hatching right outside the door. We will definitely be back!

We had been warned several days in advance that it was 'sea**** season' and it is true that this is an issue for direct access to the sea and there is a bit of a smell. This did not detract from the amazing location. Great beach, turtles at night coming onto it. Great pool and space inside and out. A 30 second walk down the beach to get access to an area with less sea**** (though this changes daily). Paddle boards and kayaks available for personal use at all times. The apar**ent is well equipped, luxurious in many respects and certainly has reasonable WiFi. Close to a really good beachfront restaurant and close to the main Akumal beach area which is also superb. A fantastic three day stay.
