Ulasan Sapa Hills Hotel

Kamar saya bersih. Menurut saya stafnya ramah dan lokasinya oke. Sarapannya agak buruk. Namun, poin evaluasinya berbeda-beda pada setiap orang. Saya tidak tahu tentang kamar lain, tapi saya diberi kamar itu selama periode itu (6/2~6/8) dan merasa puas.

Hotel yang sangat bagus✨ Pemiliknya antusias dan ramah Sayangnya saat itu berkabut dan saya tidak bisa melihat ke luar.

A very good service by the host! You will feel warm and welcome during your stay. The room is so spacious for us. The view from the window also stunning. The cleanliness is great. The towel and bed sheet smell nice too.

Very accomodating staff.

This is a really lovely hotel in a great location , all staff so helpful and friendly , delicious breakfast every morning , eggs , pho , noodles, fruit , juice , coffee etc They will organise tours and bus tickets etc for you - met all our needs perfectly we would highly recommend This is our 3rd time visiting Sapa over 19 years and this hotel was excellent Thankyou

Ms. Trang was a really great host! My son was sick the 2nd day and she went beyond to provide information about clinics/pharmacies as well as related information needed even it’s late at night. She’s a great translator too! The hotel was in a good location and the staffs in the hotel are all very friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

위치는 중심가에 있지만 그렇기때문에 소음이 심합니다. 시설이 낡았고 조식도 기대하지 마십시요. 이 가격에 주변에 더 좋은 호텔들이 있습니다.

Kami tinggal di sini selama dua hari, dan staf selalu senang membantu. Mereka membantu kami mengatur tur trekking serta kereta dan kereta gantung ke Fansipan. Kamarnya bagus dan bersih. Sarapan yang disertakan juga enak, dan mereka memiliki bar/restoran tempat Anda dapat memesan makan malam. Saya harap saya mendapat kesempatan untuk kembali ke hotel ini suatu saat nanti.

Sapa hills hotel is the best hotel we have stayed since we have been in Vietnam.The views from our balcony were amazing right facing Fansipan mountain.The Owner and the staff are excellent they go out of there way to help in anyway they can the The rooms are very clean,they get cleaned everyday with a change of towels and hand towels.Breakfast is good.Cannot fault the hotel.10/10

We only had a short visit to the very new (3 weeks old) bar in the Sapa Hills Hotel called Heathy Eatery and Beverage while we waited for our bus back to Hanoi. Quan was a super friendly host who was very welcoming and made sure we had a refreshing drink and got on the right bus.

Friendly, family owned, accommodating, nice Mountain View from the room, you can even hang out in front of the hotel and people watch! There is an elevator and restaurant on the second floor and it’s about 600 meters to Sun Plaza which is the center of town

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the location is near the city center. It's nice to walk around. We did an upgrade to the hills view room after seeing the views! The room itself is spacious and comfortable. We initially booked the standard room and decided to pay just a little more for the upgrade. The furnishing style can feel a little older and some lighting colours may not match (i.e. some white, some yellow), so it's not going to be at the level of style you'd expect of a 5-star hotel, but it's functional and a great price for the views. The air conditioning had both the heating and cooling functions, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. We had to check out early the next day and they made sure to be ready to prepare breakfast for us and helped us book a taxi to the sao viet bus station.

We came here for breakfast and it was delicious and well priced, with very tasty pho and omelette. A good mix of western and viatnamese food on the menu and the coffee was absolutely amazing. The service was above and beyond and they made us feel very welcome.

This hotel was so nice! We loved the view and the room was spacious and very pretty. We especially loved the adorable pretend fireplace. The beds were so soft and comfy and it felt like sleeping on a cloud in a cloud (it is a really, really soft bed so if you need it firm be informed). The staff was so helpful and kind and super nice! They were so attentive! The included breakfast was ok, but the cafe downstairs is great for drinks and for hanging out if it’s rainy.
