Good!

The resort is designed for private retreat. Great service. Just right outside and not too far from the city. I really feel at peace staying there. Love the view of Fansipan right from my bed. The bathrobe is very fluffy and comfortable, please have them for sale next time I’m staying. Everything in the room function well except the bath tub that flood the whole bathroom area when drains. It dried out pretty quick tho. The room is mostly quiet and tranquil, away from all traffic noises, however, mind the sound proof in room as karaoke is the culture!!!

There was an initial bit of miscommunication at the start but the team, especially their hotel manager - Thomas, was able to make-up and took excellent care and service! Definitely no regret with our choice and highly recommended. Great view, and value for money!

It was so dreamy. Loved my stay there!

Very nice and relax hotel. Arrived in the morning around 4+ and was upset that we can’t get to the hotel because of road work. Cars not allowed to drive over hence we need to stop at the construction site and carry our luggage to walk over the uneven road ( muddy and many stones). Not a long distance but I think the hotel management should notify the customers on this as it is really a hassle. Overall, the hotel is very comfy

Gorgeous room, stayed in deluxe queen room with beautiful view. Experienced both foggy and clear skies which gave different experiences. Staff were helpful, breakfast is good, beautiful view at the pool. Location is near fansipan and cat cat village. Totally recommend. Shout out to receptionist Kate and staff Jesse for their hospitality.

The hotel was located in a scenic place. And its beautiful. The weather is nice as well.

The resort is situated in a fairly decent location with a view overlooking the valley, and the staff is polite and friendly. Moving from the entrance to the rooms can be challenging due to the steep terrain, but electric carts are available to take you up when needed. The interior is moderately okay, without anything particularly special.

Good location, nice hotel, nice room but poor service, stayed 2 nights and 3 days, the first day check in at four o'clock in the afternoon, the electricity did not work, had to wait 1 hour, so went out and came back at night, hot water does not work with a temperature of 8 Degrees that can't take a shower. On the 2nd day, the hot water still doesn't work. Tell the story, tell them to wait half an hour. On the 3rd day, the water not running!!! The first round tells them to wait half an hour. After half an hour, he told me to wait another 1. When the hour, inform the staff to help. Have to hurry to take a shower and can't go to the bathroom. The staff told me that I had to wait 1 hour!! Can't wait because we have to check out at noon and have to rush to get on the bus to Hanoi without showering and going to the toilet!! Staff can only say sorry!!???

The resort is located on the mountain near the village of Kat Kat. You have to call GAB to the city center when looking for food, but it's not far. The price of GAB is not expensive. The view is good, the room is clean. There is a shuttle from the front desk to the room all the time. The view is beautiful, the atmosphere is good.
