Ulasan The Yanné, Onsen Hotel

1. When we stored our luggage around 12:30pm, I understand check in time is 3pm and politely asked the front desk if our room was ready. However, the staff replied in a rude tone and said, “You can early check in and pay RM300,” instead of responding nicely. Please train your staff on how to handle common guest requests professionally. 2. Parking is not convenient. For complimentary parking, you need to park at Genting Ion Delemen and walk about 10 minutes to The Yanne. 3. You need to make an appointment to use the open onsen.

- Easy check in and out process, friendly staffs. - onsen was quite disappointing. Temperature is not as stated (too cold) - Rooms are not soundproof, can hear people stomping and running above the unit, shouting from other units in the same floor, people walking and talking at the corridor.

Everything is good, except the location and parking location. It's quite a distance from genting which u need to drive a small curvy road for about 3km，, it's dangerous drive on night time. Parking is at another building, u need to walk from there also a distance.

Overall it was a good, the view of the room is nice and Onsen HotSpring was ok just a bit small and run down. However, there is few inconvenient which to be improved. Such as the direction to the hotel the road is not clear and lack street lights, the parking was far to another building (Plus point the walkways pleasant as the weather was nice) They have EV charging stations which is good EV Evolution so for those need charging can got to Tower 7. Something the hotel should highlight as well. Room wise was good get the Mountain View. Except for the toilet bowl which was broken. 😂 For a short stay for family of 3 it’s good and near to Skyworld Park.

Overall was good but I don’t like the garbage truck using the same lift as passengers used. It’s very bad smell with hygiene issues.

Great stay at Yanne onsen. We had a relaxing stay here. Although 1 of the apt had a bit of issue, they were quite proactive to change our room. Kids enjoyed the onsen experience.

We enjoyed the onsen. The room is fine. Staff is friendly and trying to help. Parking is 3 blocks from our tower, not far but troublesome compare to normal hotel or resort. We had a bad experience that the neighborsss(yes more than 1 units) hold party day and night plus midnight with super high volume. We complaint to management, they tried to warn them, but in fact there not effective because the party didn't stop at all. (Maybe stopped 10mins after the warning but after that continue back the party) So it's lesson learn that don't stay at the place that building is sharing with other owner such as Airbnb.

Pros, Hotel is clean and comfortable, front desk is friendly and ready for assist anytime. Hotel provide shuttle to Genting Highlands. Onsen experience is nice. Cons, wifi speed is slow, no breakfast included. Car park is quite far away. Room sound insulation is poor.

Hotel is really nice and clean. The onsen facility is good. Suitable for a family trip. The view of our room is fantastic

Pros: - 4 people unit with big living room and kitchen. It is more like a service apartment style instead of hotel. - Nice onsen experience and public session was not crowded even though we went on Sunday. 1 hour free onsen is more than enough. - Got aircon in the room. - Housekeeping service is good. - Water with good heat and pressure. - No phone in the room but very fast response from WhatsApp reception service. Cons： - Parking is not easy. No clear signboard and hard to find. Hard to find our way back to the hotel tower after parking. - Sofa is too small for 4pax. - Limited choice of food at this location however you can always drive back to Genting first world if you have a car or take shuttle bus. - Disappointing pool. Small and noisy. It’s very crowded too as it’s a shared facility among the 4 towers. Not as pretty as it advertised. Same for the gym room. - Lift door open and close mechanism is weird. You have to press the front facing panel for the front life door to open. Experience it then you know, hard to explain here.

It seems that the property was originally built as a condominium and later renovated into a hotel. I arrived around 8:15 PM, but there were no staff at the front desk. Instead, there was a sign instructing guests to send a message via WhatsApp. After sending the message, a staff member arrived after a while. There was no parking on-site, so I had to park at a separate building (the parking fee was waived). Sounds of people walking and water running were quite audible, making it hard to fall asleep at night. The hot spring was lukewarm compared to my expectations, but it was somewhat enjoyable. Overall, it was really average, and I don't think I'll visit again.

This hotel doesn’t have parking. If you need to park, you’ll have to park at Ion Delemen. The service is very poor, and the information guide provided is not detailed at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience at this hotel. No next time.

First of all I want to mention that the lifts were very slow. Each time I used it I waited at least 5 minutes for that. Second the room size was good but so many things were broken. TV wasn’t working. Overall it was not worth the money they charge me.
