Well its clean and spacious for sure. Location pretty far from tourist spots but nearby has some great local food at local price. 7 Eleven as well. Sound insulation not that good thought. Can hear people walking outside the corridor. Staff were friendly and no complaint about it.

I like a room at this hotel but it’s a bit far inside , but it’s okey for me ＜/3 Rate : 8:/10

The hotel is clean and new.. however if u are traveling along or first time traveller better to choose other places than here.. it is very dark and deep inside the main road and u might get loss

The location and environment of the hotel is ok, however there is a big issue with the staff of the hotel. First of all, i stayed in many hotels before and the service attitude of this hotel is not acceptable. I was traveling with my wife and she was holding the key card. I returned to the hotel before her so i went to the front desk to ask for an extra key card to place in the room. However to my disbelief, the hotel staff said that they only have 2 key card entitled to the room. They do not have any keycard at all that can help to give to customer in case of any emergencies. And the staff shouted at me and raise their voice as our conversation went on. I immediately check out the hotel the following day. Wasting the 2 nights that i was about to stay on. The hygiene is very poor! There are a lot of ants on the bed! I got goose bumps all over my body and was so scared that I couldn't get into bed! I was supposed to check out the next day, but I asked the front desk to check out a day earlier and get a cash refund. The hotel didn't even apologize and didn't refund the money. It was disgusting.
