Ulasan Est Hotel

This hotel has nice rooms and good wifi but that's about it. The service was very average, and they were trying to get us to spend more than what we had already booked. The breakfast is cold, cheap, packaged food in a brown bag, definitely not worth it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. However it is not very convenient for the location. It takes a little more than an hour to get there from the airport, and it seems to be in a rougher kind of area.

Customer service didn't do anything about the noise on the floor above us we called 3 times in the middle of the night and nothing was done about it very disappointed

C’est un bel hôtel. La chambre était très propre. Les employés étaient vraiment polie et compréhensive (j’avais perdu ma carte de chambre). Le seul problème est l’emplacement.

乾淨衞生，服務態度好

還不錯的第一次住多倫多旅館的經驗。停車方便，走路就可以覓食喔！咦！我不是在加拿大嗎？確被印度人包圍了。

離機場相對較近，但是公共交通有點不是太方便。如果要去downtown可能就需要花費較長的時間。房間設備也比較一般。

房間裏沒有窗户，當我早上點開手機看時間時，一衹蟑螂從我的屏幕前爬過

The property was close to my meeting venue. It was difficult to access, the exterior looked very shabby, the promised breakfast was a bag of highly processed food stuffs, the place had a bit of an eerie feel to it...not sure what was going on

Roaches in the rooms and signs all over the hotel asking visitors to not leave garbage bags outside the rooms or you’ll be charged $200.00 which are your incidentals fee…. Keeping trash in the rooms and roaches in the room might have a correlation, or the lack of cleanliness and upkeep in the rooms.

The whole building smells like cleaning products. Fabulous fixtures destroyed by poor workmanship/installation. Very difficult to locate entry to building. Not impressed. Photos look great, but in reality not as nice as photos. Lipstick on a pig. They charged my credit card $200 deposit as a purchase, and refund after 5 business days, not processed as a hold, as the majority of hotels do.

Stayed one night. Front desk clerk very was friendly and kind. Room was clean and as pictured. No issues with anything.

The front desk rep gave me a better rate than *******. When asked if the gym works, she said yes however there was a notification on the door "gym closed due to Covid". The toilet was not functional. The shower took forever for the water to warm.......
