Rough looking - Refurbished room, incomplete in area's for example, the outdated wooden cupboards & random single wardrobe in the bathroom with tools for painting. Service from all staff - Excellent, easy to communicate with & helpful with great knowledge of the area. Cleanliness - Excellent. Overall 9/10

The toilet is dirty and the room not clean.

Good motel. Nothing special but it does the job. No air conditioning, but an electric heater in available in the room when it’s cold. Good restaurants nearby

Good price for 5 nights. As I mentioned at reception the room service staff replaced towels that were hung up and which I was happy to use again (contrary to what it said on the card in the bathroom and is now standard practice in most hotels). That was an extra 4 towels to the laundry over 5 days for one room - this all adds up - I am just thinking of the planet and also the autolodge laundry bills!

多次來到新普利茅斯，漂亮的城市，這家酒店住宿的地點不錯，餐廳外觀漂亮，但是房間設施老化，甚至有些陳舊了

帶廚房的房間很大，離海邊也很近，停車方便

性價比好 房間乾淨 服務也好。比一般motel條件好

Fantastic person on reception when checking in and out. Great comfortable bed. Bathroom is coming due for refurbishment but shower was good (over bath). Room had aircon which was good. Very good breakfast options. Toilet flush was not brilliant but we survived 😀 All in all we will stay again.

The motel was in a convenient location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning or fan as the nights were quite warm. There is a small fridge and kettle but unfortunately no other kitchenette facilities which is a little unusual for NZ motels.

Stayed for 4 nights, mostly quiet. Staff changed towels, made up beds if required, quite friendly. Would stay again.

A great studio unit. Comfortable bed. All that we needed for a 6 day holiday. Close to town and beautiful coastal walkway.

It provided us with everything we needed. Good size rooms, friendly staff and great location. The pool is a bonus.
