Excellent price/quality ratio. Clean, fresh room. Very comfortable pillows and mattress, had a good night's sleep. Varied breakfast, has everything you need. Located next to an electric vehicle gas station.

The room is very large and has a balcony. It is suitable for self-driving tours. The accommodation is far away from the city and attractions.

The service is average, the hotel is relatively remote, suitable for self-driving tours, and the restaurant next to the hotel tastes good.

There was a little episode. Ctrip was awesome. The front desk clerk collected taxes without marking them. There was a little trouble when checking out the next day.

I really liked the hotel, near the border with Switzerland. Ideal to stay with a vehicle (we have not gone by public transport) and not pay the high prices of Geneva. The hotel is very nice, cozy and clean. The staff is very friendly, there are even employees who speak Spanish. I would return without thinking about it!!

Chambre très propre est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était varié. Il y en a pour tous les goûts !
Everything as per top Marriott standards: location, staff, service, room, decor. Lucas @ Front Office was exceptionally good, friendly, courteous, well-mannered. I wish him great success in life and career. Thank you Lucas. Will surely want to return.

The service is so bad there ! First of all, no recognition at all for your bonvoy status, not even a « welcome back » or « thanks for your fidelity… » which I get everytime as a lifetime elite platinium. Then, many many mistakes from the staff… after breakfast they stopped me like if I was trying to get away without paying… but they forgot they have opened a credit line on my credit card… i had to wait 10 min at the reception and when they discovered it , I didnt even get a « sorry sir ». For the rest, the check out process took forever, they even made mistakes on the invoice, forgetting the discount I m supposed to get for the breakfast because of my status. Thank godness, I stayed only one night

The hotel comes up as an option in Geneva on the Marriott app. Certainly cheaper. But a taxi from the airport and to Geneva together will run you €80 so not clear you save that much. Then add the overpriced restaurant (there are no other options around) and it's a false economy. Won't do again.

The hotel is clean, new and rooms function well. I found it ideal for an overnight stay before an early overseas flight and was nice to have an early breakfast prior to departure. My only complaint is the shower, it did not drain well and ended up flooding the bathroom. I was told by housekeeping this is an ongoing issue, hope it can be fixed as my stay was otherwise perfect.
