Ulasan Zhuhai Jinwan Golf Hotel (Jinwan Huafa Shangdu Branch)

I booked this hotel for my wife’s birthday last weekend. Unfortunately our stay was the worst experience ever. No WiFi to be able to watch the TV, the maintenance guy took nearly 2 hours to try to fix it in our bedroom to finally tell us that the internet in the whole establishment doesn’t work. The bathroom is filthy with lots of hairs on the floor, on the shower head and dirty stuffs on the wall as per photos attached. The restaurant closes at 7pm and you can’t get anything even ice as there is no fridge equipped in the room. There is nothing around in the area and you have to order a taxi to go to the nearest mall which also closes at 9pm. When I asked about the sauna, they said that there is no sauna, no spa like written on the hotel amenities online which is a total lie, trip.com should check and revert. I asked for a quiet room and the building is not sound proof from 6am as you can hear loud noises like toilet flushes, pipes noises when water is used. Loud noises like air blowers from outside at 6:30am guys cleaning the garden, golf carts noises passing !!! Don’t go there please and trip.com should remove this old totally unmaintained 4 star establishment  immediately. The staff doesn’t speak English and the establishment refused to the little favor of a tiny birthday cake when asked if possible to make for my wife’s birthday when doing the booking 2 weeks ago. It’s my first bad review ever and so sad about our horrible birthday getaway. We made this trip specially coming over from Hong Kong which turned like a nightmare !! I’ve taken my time and energy to write this poor review to be able to help people not to book and to live this miserable experience like we did at the Jinwan Golf Hotel :((

Slightly dated already but its the official golf course hotel. If you're playing a round, this is worth it. but if not, there's absolutely no reason to stay here!

We are just staying for 1 night for the early golf game, which is super convenient. The view of the room is facing practice green, which is really nice even in bad weather. The living room is good but the washroom is a bit worn. I also spot something black at the ceiling which looks like mold. Breakfast option is very limited.

The environment was nice and beautiful and the rooms were spacious. However, we found small cockroaches on the hand towels. The building had no elevator, and it was very handicap-unfriendly. I traveled with my parents and we were arranged on the ground floor but the lobby and restaurant were on the second floor. My father had to get out of the wheelchair and climbed up and down the stairs. Breakfast was not good.

Hotel room is nice.

The room is clean and spacious. We had a great stay here.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and very nice. The forniture is modern, the staff is kind. Only the breakfast is so poor.

設施：房間寬敞明亮 衞生：乾淨通風，無異味 環境：景色優美，正對高爾夫球場，有湖有樹 服務：態度柔和認真，解決問題積極。在攜程上預訂的大床房，為了方便第二天打球。剛開始安排的房間衹能看到一點球場，後來要求前台幫忙換了一間，前台小哥哥處理很快，態度也非常積極。如果打球訂這個酒店真的很方便，因為就在球場裏面，退房速度也特別快，好評！

環境不錯，但前台兩位小姐沒有一點笑容，反應慢，要多加培訓。。。優點：房間空間大有個小露台，寧靜優美，点外賣比較耐40分鐘至1小時，**小哥可以送到門口，。缺點：衛生情況，打掃一般，浴缸老舊，沒有一次性浴缸袋不敢用了，毛巾舊。

非常寧靜，起身可以看見一大片綠油油的草地，仿似置身於泰國度假酒店

房間直對球場，滿眼綠色，也入住多次，風景很美，酒店乾淨，服務員也有求必應，整體來説也是很有特色，相對於其他球場的酒店，這間ok
