Normal to bad. Separated sink and toilet. It is weird. No cleaning service. The staff is not friendly and kind.

I recently stayed at a hotel and wanted to share a brief review. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the staff was friendly. I appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel also had a well-equipped small kitchenette with a dishwasher. However, the cleanliness could have been better, and the shower pressure was extremely weak.

The room and the overall ambience was great but the only problem was that the toilet was bigger than the bedroom, this makes little sense.

Location and service was great. The only bad thing was the aircond system of the room was really bad and every night we have to make complaints to the counter to fix the aircond. Our last night was worse as the aircond totally broke down at night but front desk was really helpful to help us solve the issue. Overall experience was good still except we were unlucky to got the room with faulty aircond system

One of my best stays in the city of London! Within minutes of walk to Oxford Circus and Chinatown.

The location is brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's simply awesome! Highly recommended. :)

Small but well organised. Conveniently located. Great for families, youths.

coming in from Singapore, stayed here for 9 days for our honeymoon & we loved it! the location is perfect & very convenient. 5 mins walk to Covent Garden, bus stop thats just outside with most buses going where you’d want to go, near to cafes, supermarkets, drugstores etc. all you need really. the staff & reception are all rly helpful & friendly as well. if you need anything or have any questions, they are available on whatsapp 24/7 to assist. we had some issues with our aircon & they got it done so quickly by the time we came back to the hotel it was fixed. big thumbs up. eventhough the rooms are quite small, i think it is the same with most in London. atleast they have a mini kitchen & the interior is modern & nicely furbished so its really worth it to stay here compared to other places in London. they also had an iron which i greatly appreciate. thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay such a memorable one. cheers & lots of love from Singapore!

Overrated, not worth for the value and stars given.

Excellent location for shows and shopping in central London. Rooms are small but well laid-out, and it is quite nice to have the mini-kitchen for breakfast and snacks. Storing large check-in sized bags could be difficult, you'll be better off with carry-on sized bags for sure.

Decent place to stay. Pretty good location to most places. The basic room was a bit small so I will recommend to get a larger room if you have large luggage.

The hotel is very modern and beautiful. The staff is helpful.

V gd location and reasonable priced. Room and toilets a bit small, but acceptable given it's in the heart of London. Got stove so good for long stay.

Good location No lobby area 1st floor too tiny . Toilet and shower area too small if comparison with price spent. No cleaning service day by day if you stay only 2 nights they not clean for you . I stay hotel around the world . It is not the good standard of service , not worth your money because it is not cheap per night so the service should improve. Bed is too high level , but bedding is great Materials is good but room too small.
