We stay here for 2 nights. The hotel have a very good design and the room also very spacious. We are satisfied with the room. Bed oke, toilet oke. Food for breakfast also oke. I stay at 7th floor and got a very nice view which is river view. One thing that they need to put more attention is for the aircon filter and ventilation. I see there is a lot of dust that looks like have not been clean for so long.

The hotel was clean and room’s spacious. The beds were comfortable and our view over the river was lovely. We had plenty of choice at breakfast. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Nothing available in room even in special suite needs an improvement

Really enjoyed my stay at Oakwood Premier Tonglu. Got a nice welcome by the front desk manager Elaine. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall service has been excellent. Will absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tonglu

I will say this hotel is so Amazing, with s special wooden design on the wall of rooms corridor. I will recommend this hotel for couples ❤️ the surrounding environment very cozy breakfast really nice with the mango 🥭 juice 😌. Price also very reasonable and cheap compared to the luxury inside. Rooms also very big. Good for chilling with some two or more friends. When ever you arrive there never forget to ask for ‘Elaine lan ´she speaks really well English and always ready to assist you with any difficulties, very respectful and polite.

Nice lobby and the rooms and service are quite nice. The location is really good.

The front desk lady provided great service and upgraded our room for free. The breakfast was also very good. Thanks to Tu Tu and Xiao Chen at the front desk. We were supposed to check out at 2 o'clock, but our ticket was at 4 o'clock and they delayed our check-out to 3:30. It was very considerate.

It may also be that I booked it earlier, so the price is still acceptable. Second, the room is big enough, the bed is big enough, the bathroom is big enough, and each room has a sofa. It feels spacious and comfortable. Third, the delivery of things is timely. I asked for drinking water and quilts many times, and they were delivered in time. Secondly, there are areas that need improvement: I booked earlier and added the front desk WeChat to confirm the room. The front desk took the initiative to arrange two rooms next to each other, but when I actually checked in, the rooms were not arranged together. They said that they were full and could not be allocated. Fortunately, they were on the same floor. It would be better if they could do what they said. In addition, although the same room type was booked, one of the rooms was obviously more cramped. In comparison, it was because the room light was darker. No matter how many lights were turned on, it was still very dark. I feel that the hotel can be repaired or improved. The hotel refrigerator has average cooling effect, and the breakfast is OK. Overall, although it is not up to the five-star standard in my mind, considering that there are many people during the Qingming Festival this year, I am generally satisfied

The hotel has convenient parking, a good environment, and rooms near the river. What's particularly heartwarming is that there is a self-service laundry room on each floor of the hotel, and Tutu's service is also good.
