Ulasan Oakwood Premier Tonglu

Lobi hotel sangat megah, lokasi tenang di tengah hiruk pikuk, dan pemandangan dari kamar yang menghadap ke sungai sangat indah. Kali ini saya memesan suite dua kamar tidur. Ruang tamu dan ruang makan sangat luas. Ada juga kulkas besar dan mesin cuci di kamar, yang sangat nyaman.

Lingkungan hotel sangat baik dan layanannya tersedia. Kami memesan suite, dengan orang dewasa dan anak-anak di kamar terpisah sehingga mereka tidak mengganggu satu sama lain. Ruangan itu juga sangat sunyi. Satu-satunya kelemahan adalah prasmanan hotel sangat rata-rata dan tidak memiliki fitur khusus. Saya harap dapat ditingkatkan di masa mendatang!

We stay here for 2 nights. The hotel have a very good design and the room also very spacious. We are satisfied with the room. Bed oke, toilet oke. Food for breakfast also oke. I stay at 7th floor and got a very nice view which is river view. One thing that they need to put more attention is for the aircon filter and ventilation. I see there is a lot of dust that looks like have not been clean for so long.

The hotel was clean and room’s spacious. The beds were comfortable and our view over the river was lovely. We had plenty of choice at breakfast. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Nothing available in room even in special suite needs an improvement

Really enjoyed my stay at Oakwood Premier Tonglu. Got a nice welcome by the front desk manager Elaine. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall service has been excellent. Will absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tonglu

I will say this hotel is so Amazing, with s special wooden design on the wall of rooms corridor. I will recommend this hotel for couples ❤️ the surrounding environment very cozy breakfast really nice with the mango 🥭 juice 😌. Price also very reasonable and cheap compared to the luxury inside. Rooms also very big. Good for chilling with some two or more friends. When ever you arrive there never forget to ask for ‘Elaine lan ´she speaks really well English and always ready to assist you with any difficulties, very respectful and polite.

A lovely new hotel with polite and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay, the room was excellent, and the breakfast offered a good selection. Good location!

Although I was here for a short work trip, this hotel is definitely very well worth staying at if traveling for leisure, too. Excellent location on the river, beside a mall, a Starbucks, a supermarket, and multiple restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. The city center is walking distance and the hotel has ample free parking (surface and underground). The service I experienced from checking in until checking out was simply exquisite! I was warmly welcomed by reception where Elaine Wan (Front Office Manager) whose attention to detail and support is above and beyond the adjective ‘outstanding’ providing me with a free upgrade. On the flip side, one minor criticism could be not finding the hotel on my GPS and the breakfast which was perhaps not as varied as I would have liked. However, since this hotel has recently opened, I understand and appreciated the set breakfasts available ‘oriental’ and ‘western’. Once again, I was impressed how servicial the staff were as they provided us with a take-away box to avoid any estate. I shall definitely return but as a tourist owing to the hotel’s comfort, service, price and location.
