Special mention to Butler Xiao Wang, who was very proactive in service, introducing hotel activities, and quick to address any issues. Highly recommended! 👍 Also, a shout-out to Hao Haoshou, the concierge on the day of check-in. The uncle was incredibly enthusiastic, providing all sorts of recommendations for local food, drink, and entertainment. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel first next time."

Regarding service, the staff were friendly and made for a very comfortable stay. The dining quality was a bit hit-or-miss: the breakfast buffet was quite average in both variety and taste, with plenty of room for improvement. However, the dinner at the restaurant was outstanding – fresh ingredients, well-cooked, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend that guests staying at the hotel don't miss it. As for the rooms, the king-sized bed room offered a better experience than the twin room. It had a large balcony, and the bathroom window overlooked the bamboo forest, providing a beautiful view."
