"My family had a wonderful time at Kaiyuan Senpo, Tonglu. The room was clean and spacious, with thoughtful details like a child's potty and a sterilizer. The indoor and outdoor playgrounds kept the kids entertained all day; the outdoor unpowered playground had plenty of facilities, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast offered a rich selection, including baby food. The service was excellent; the shuttle bus was available on demand, and our housekeeper Jingjing provided attentive service. The environment is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and water. Overall, it was very comfortable and perfect for families with children."

The TV in the bedroom had no signal, but the one in the living room worked. Service: Some of the staff who helped with luggage were foreigners and provided good service. There was one short-haired, slim male server in the restaurant whose service wasn't very pleasant. Everyone else was great. Food: The hotel's braised pork and purple sweet potato drink were excellent. The side dishes like radish and lotus root powder ice cream were also good, but other dishes were average and poor value for money. Breakfast was better than lunch; the rice noodles and nectarines were delicious."
