Ulasan Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo

First, the hotel is only great because of its hardware, the view, the name and the area. The service is disappointing upon my arrival. I checked in at 1pm and a girl with short hair at the reception was very unwelcoming. She also said it was a company policy to charge hotel guests extra if we were to check in at 1 pm, since the official check-in time was 3 pm. This is the first time in my life I heard that a hotel has this kind of arrangement. She didn't even say "sorry for your inconvenience" whatsoever. I came back at 10 pm that day and was greeted by a young guy with glasses who was absolutely rude. I showed him a ticket to get our bags, and I politely said, "Oh we haven't got our card". He replied saying, "Of course! you haven't checked in, haha". I do not understand what is so funny, and at the moment he wasn't being funny at all. I felt discriminated because I'm an Asian. Truth is I've already checked in and I only need the key to my room, so I don't quite know what his intention was. Then I was only given one card. That was appalling. We have four people staying and why would I only have one hotel card? As I asked the guy to give me one more card, he rudely said "read the conditions yourself", which said that I'll have to pay if I lose an extra card. You could've just kindly say "please be aware we need to charge extra if you lose it". The way he put it was very rude and that gave me and my family a very rough time that night. On top of that, the moment I checked, the reception staff should have been giving me details about the hotel, the wifi, checkin checkin time etc., but he refused to speak more. I was very upset with these two people' service on that night.

The hotel service is good, location is convenient beautiful view of skytree, and many eateries around. However the hotel is a bit old, there are stains on the carpet.

Spacious and clean room, we booked the room with sky tree view and it is very nice. A few minutes walk to the train station with good shopping nearby.

Front desk service is good, location is good but to request for 2nd door key need to pay 3000yen, to request for late checkout also need to pay 1hr for 2000yen.

Very convenient with airport limousine bus, free Disney shuttle (good neighbour hotel) and minutes’ walk from Kinshicho train station and Nippon rent-a-car. Lots of food options available at most times, and not too crowded. Great view of Tokyo Skytree from our room window. Suitable for people who want to travel around but wary of crowds, but not for those who want to live in the heart of action and/or chaos.

They let multiple ********** escort who was not registered at the hotel enter and stay at the rooms. Just terrible experience.

very good location with 5 minutes walk and excellent view to Sky Tower. Nearby has 24 hours Donki and a lot of dining place and a shopping mall

Bed is smaller than normal twin room. Good coffee shop at the corner.

Good services The place is near JR Station which is very convenient.

Great location and the room is fairly sizeable given it is Japan. friendly staff, great breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent with 7-11 and Lawson just opposite to it. The JR and Metro stations are close to it, around 5-10 minutes walk. Can buy bus tickets from Hotel to Airport, but the travelling time will be around 2 hours.  We took metro, also convenient, arrived at Narita airport in 1 hour. BTW the room is too dark even with all the lights on, need to improve

Location is very good, just few hundreds away from the station, not far from Tokyo Station n Ginza shopping area. Room is clean n acceptable size, actually decent size compare to others. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely a good recommendation.
