The hotel is 3 mins walk from the metro station, it’s convenient. Room facilities is clean. The toilet is basic. Socket can be improved as it’s at the corner of the table - my plug is too large to plug in. I can use the socket on floor only. Breakfast buffet is nice and has a variety of food to choose.

A nice hotel with good views of Tokyo if based on the higher floors. Could see Mt Fuji on one morning of staying here. Would stay again and is close to the metro station.

Nice business hotel. Smaller rooms but clean and good quality service. Oimachi is about 15 mins to Shibuya and one stop to Shinagawa bullet train.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay at VIA INN SHINAGAWA OIMACHI JR-WEST GROUP I stayed at Via Inn Hotel for 6 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room, though compact, was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was cozy, and the daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed spotless throughout my stay. The location is a major highlight, just a short walk from OIMACHI station, making it easy to explore Tokyo and beyond. The area is filled with restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes, so I never had to go far for meals or essentials. I highly recommend Via Inn Hotel for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service—I’d gladly stay here again!

Overall it was an alright experience. Small rooms are expected, the bed was a bit more on the firmer side probably one of the more firm beds I've experienced in Tokyo so far. We accidentally booked a smoking room and the front desk was kind enough to help us get the room switched. Service is 10/10! For a budget hotel our experience was OK.

An entirely average experience to say the least. Nothing really stood out about the place asides from the 7/11 attached outside the building. Roughly a 10 minute walk from the train station so nothing killed but still. It’s more or less a good stopping point to jump around eastern tokyo from, or in my case the central districts and the Disney parks. The staff has passable English and the bedding is somewhat hard. If you don’t mind just having a place to sleep and go, then stay here. Otherwise spend a little more money for your comfort.

Very convenient next to s department store

Good location, clean room, and good service. However, I will rate this hotel average because the bed made that "squeky" sound when you slept or sat on it.

It’s a convenient and safe location— a business district. The hotel also comes with a female-only-floor option. I’ve noticed plenty of Japanese locals on a business trip staying at the place, which is promising since it’s telling that the service is good enough for the locals. Amenities are free to take at the lobby— toothbrushes, individual packaged towels, cotton swabs. (And also complementary drip UCC coffee packets and tea bags). Nice view from the window, another bonus and the building is chic on the whole. 7-11 right downstairs and it’s only a 5-to-10-minute walk to the stations. Front-desk was kind enough to lend me a phone charger as well upon request as well. Mine broke right on the very last day and that was a lifesaver.

Easy to find and close to the station. The area felt a little less safe at night. We had the breakfast option, and would have preferred a variety change of what was on offer as it was the same each day. Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, wish the bed was more comfortable! A bonus was the view of Mount Fuji in the distance on a clear day!
