Hotel baru. Bilik ok. Ada lift. Kelengkapan asas semua ada. Parking ada tapi agak limited. Sarapan takde, boleh makan kat luar.

Very amazing newly built hotel, near to the drawbridge and shopping malls. Comfortable bed, nice receptionist and the plus plus point is the bedding and price. Two queen sized bed for a great deal price. Carpark is always full but we managed to get a place. Recommended! Book direct with them to get a better deal. Cons- Rooms are not soundproof. Can be abit annoying if there’s kids running around outside.

Located right in the city. Marts, convenience stores, cafes, and eateries are all nearby. My room has a clear drawbridge view. The room smell so good, clean, neat and tidy. The toilet was sparkling clean and had all the necessities. The hotel lounge area provides a water dispenser, coffee machine, and computer. The staff at the counter were also friendly, approachable, and nice.

Have a great stay at this hotel with very attentive and responsive staff. The room is clean and a very nice view of drawbridge. The location is near to the main attractions.

The room is good with big beds and good pillows. Just only the Aircond blowing direction is sometimes too direct at the face or too hot without fan in the room. And it is quite bad for soundproofing as we can hear the sound outside. And the hotel can see the bridge view as well.

As a pleasant stay, spacious room with 3 seater sofa area. Had provided suggestions for better guest experience, such as Shower curtain, room slipper and Working desk & chair. Quiet place and great front desk staff. Will sure to stay again when I travel to KT.

Took two rooms Very good for a simple stay that night if you want to catch a flight or wait for the ferry to go to the islands good location 5 minutes away from pasar payang and 5 minutes away from the utc mall amazing staff very helpful there is cafe in front of the hotel great food

Very clean and family friendly hotel. Definately will repeat staying in this hotel . Eventhough there is no breakfast provided yet, the hotel gave us free flow coffee and tea tarik.👍👍
