Ulasan Hotel Cocoro Inn Asakusa Kuramae

Kamarnya cukup luas dan bersih Lokasi strategis dekat dengan berbagai stasiun kereta 10 menit jalan kaki ke Sensoji

Seperti rumah besi yang dicap Dapur umum 2F memiliki fasilitas terlalu banyak dan tidak nyaman digunakan.

Tempat ini benar-benar rata-rata dan sikap layanannya juga sangat buruk! Hampir tidak ada layanan yang terlihat! Kebersihannya kurang bagus, saya lihat ada rambut! Fasilitas di sekitarnya sangat tidak nyaman.

Layanan ini biasanya berharga ➕150 untuk satu anak lagi.

Kecuali selimutnya yang nyaman, segala sesuatu tentang hotel ini tidak bagus! Terlalu kasar

Reception at level 2 after i called them at 10.30pm to check-in. A guy looks like staying inside one of their room came to level 1 to guide us on check-in procedure. Toliet super small.. keep banging around inside while using it. Lift also small.. need to take lift twice to lvl 6 since got stroller & luggage. MUST check out @ 10am cannot extend at all as mention by the ‘guy’ its their rule. Location need to walk 10mins to nearest station - Tawaramachi subway. Nearest convenience store also need to walk 5mins. Only good was the mattress and pillow. Not too soft. Was cheap for 3nights, but i will think twice again nexttime

I ain't sure why a lot of people left a very bad comment regarding this property, the room size is quite big compared with JP standard (we got room at 6 floor with 2 beds (5ft size) for 2 person) the location is good (a walking distance to Kuramae station 200-350m (for Toei Asakura & Oedo line), surrounded with good restaurants such as Ramen, Tonkatsu (authentic one open since 1977), origin Japan (ready to eat JP meals & side dishes), etc. including a good Patisserie shops, a convenience stores (Lawson, Family mart, 7-11, local supermarket). Yes they have a rule regarding towels (1/ea/2 nights) & cleaning services (not on daily basis but if you want you can ask them to do), the guy at the receptionist may not always smile but if you asked something he's always respond & support, they have a common area (2nd floor) which there is kitchen, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee machine, dining table, couches and air conditioning (and they are allowed us to use with free of charge) personally my friend & I would booked this hotel if we visit Tokyo next time.

Dirty everywhere,and no services, the worst hotel I have seen in Japan.

房間特別小很小很小 周邊什麼都沒有 酒店晚上10.00就不讓入住了 如果你要去住就要加錢 酒店沒有人打掃衞生 早上10.00就要退房一超出時間就算十幾分鍾也會找你要錢 那天早上10.00到了退房時間酒店的人一直敲門我不知道是誰沒開門我説who誰啊中英文都問了好幾遍沒人迴應就一直敲門 很可怕然後我又問了幾遍還是不回答 直接突然門就開了一個頭探進來 如果想要趕人走也不能這樣不經過同意就把客户的門打開吧
