Great location. Beautiful view. Starbucks is in the lobby.

Services is terrible. When I asked for some hot water for pills, I was given a not working kettle for use. When I asked for replacement, they got no responses though I called them 3 times. Also, if you want a good sleep, I recommend not to choose this one as the sound proofing is bad.

Great hotel. Above 5 star standard. Walking distance to Marketplace & grocery shops. Great location.

My sister and I were treated like royalty at this. Absolutely fabulous intercontinental Miami hotel.❤️ superb steakhouse fabulous service from the concierge to the Bell desk to all the people that worked at the steakhouse. Everything was fabulous.

設施：房間設施挺好！床品不錯睡着舒服！ 衞生：房間衞生很乾凈！客房打掃很及時！ 環境：乾淨整潔！ 服務：酒店大堂有個旅遊報名點！那裡的承接旅遊的工作人員非常認真負責！當你報完名他還特意帶你出酒店大門告訴你往那邊走才能找到觀光巴士！還有再三叮囑一定要換好觀光船票！由於他的認真負責使我們第二天的登船非常順利！再次感謝我忘了名字的在左邊坐着的辦事員！帶着眼鏡🤓很和藹可親的人！

早餐人巨多沒啥可吃的。一樓torotoro餐廳好吃，又貴又好吃。距離海灣市場很近，走路就到。房間大，風景好，俯瞰海灣，其他也沒什麼特點了，浴缸都沒有。大堂一進門一股沖鼻的香水味。離市中心也比較近。
