Location is good, walking distance is not too far to Ueno train station. We’ve got a room with a space for two people, nice & clean. Amenities kit is not cover cotton pad, not many varieties.

Great location, quiet side of Ueno station. Great restaurant and free flow of in house SAKE! Familymart is round the corner. Ameyoko market is also nearby. Super convenient.

Location is very good

A typical Japanese hotel with small rooms. It is close to Ueno Station, which is convenient for shopping and eating. It is cost-effective. Note that it is not on the roadside, so you need to read the road signs. There is a small 24-hour food court next to it, which is relatively close. If you are farther away, you can go to the food court at Ueno Station, where there are more choices, such as this eel rice, which is very good.

I don't recommend this hotel at all. It was so hot and suffocating! The air conditioner can only heat but not cool. The room is extremely small and cramped. It was a suffocating night in a small room with no ventilation in Ueno, Tokyo in early April (because the window could not be opened)! The price of 1100 in Ueno area is not cost-effective and is not recommended

This hotel is our family's stay. Although the room is small, it doesn't feel oppressive. Although the room is small, it has all the necessary features and has enough space. The lobby is designed in Western style and the staff is polite! English communication is very good, because there are foreigners at the front desk, but the toilet is a bit old, and the hygiene is acceptable. Very close to Ueno Station!

I booked a three-night stay from Wednesday to Saturday at noon on Tuesday, but soon found that the time had changed. I immediately contacted customer service to request to modify the order and check out early on Friday. I don’t know whether Ctrip did nothing or the hotel did not respond, but it just didn’t work. I applied at the hotel front desk on the spot, but it didn’t work. Checked in to a room of more than 1,000, but there was no free mineral water. This is too exaggerated! Lifted the bed sheet to see that the mattress was old. Except for the good location and being close to Ueno Station, there is nothing else worth recommending.

The room is compact. No mineral water is provided. Good location near JR. Many restaurants and convenience stores around.

The hotel room is well equipped and conveniently located, but it is very small and the medium-sized suitcase cannot be fully opened!
